  1. I agree! Also, I'm surprised that no one has identified this Commander yet. Does no one read the Rebelscum forums? Well, I found a rumor list for Hasbro Clone Wars figures and Commander Gree is on the list. Considering Cody's overhaul, this paint job for the Green Gree isn't a surprise.
  2. Hey, everyone. You all know me as TrooperDavinFelth. So I'd like to say this one thing: I haven't read the middle pages; only half of the posts on the last page and the first page. I saw a post where someone said something about EB becoming strict like FBTB. EB is not becoming strict like FBTB. FBTB praises noobs. They rarely yell at people who have relatively crappy grammar. The only way they are strict is in their ridiculously childish Hide the Brick(a.k.a. Reespeck the Brick; I dare not say that word as it is NOT respect. ). The rules Bonaparte is making for ya'll are for the best. They are for keeping a mature sanity in this forum. Mature: Keeping good grammar and not saying childish things. Sanity: Not being retarded and spamming(like the only offense on FBTB; actually I don't even think it's an offense. ). Folks, listen to your admins and you will like what will happen to this forum. The only way it WON'T happen is if people DON'T listen to the admins. We need to work together to create a community where everyone can understand each other's posts. I mean, if he's going to ban you for doing something, don't do it, for pete's sake! I try my best to be a good member here. I always try to keep my grammar intact, but I do make mistakes. Sometimes. Stauder, in the first page, where you said how 'simple typos shouldn't be an offense', well, they aren't. It's downright BAD GRAMMAR that is an offense. Bonaparte has laid this out for you VERY clearly. And now, to end my tome with a SW quote: You can either profit by this, or be destroyed.
  3. Some responses : Emboldened: How so? They aren't connected to the wings; if anything the wings a new piece attached to one of those bricks that attaches to the neck and has a stud on the back. Italics: Agreed! I'd love to get a hairpiece like that... And now that I see Batgirl... I'm not complaining. Underlined: It'll no doubt be on DVD, so that's a mere 20 bucks. Indy is also on DVD; yes, they are still coming out. I'd suggest looking in lower class dealers like Target or Woolworths(that's what I assume to be the general store that isn't in America ) in the video game section, or, for sure, Best Buy or Circuit City, if you have either. I actually found mine in a Wal-Mart(I forget when; it was close to the day of release), so good luck hunting!
  4. PLEASE slap her. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE slap her. Or at least ask your brother to show her this post. No really, show her this post and THEN slap her. PLEASE. (or at least get your brother to slap her. Just make sure she gets slapped )
  5. I can think of three people/groups thereof: Me You The world of Star Wars Fans who have seen Episode II: Attack of the Clones Take another look at the CIS planning room holotable, and Poggle's plans for the Death Star and I think you'll want to reword your post.
  6. Yeah; you have it on 40 posts per page. I have it on 15; that way it's so much easier to keep track of posts. So that's 1500 posts, I think. And yes, I said(I think ) that until the new sets(if any) come out or are announced... Oh who am I kidding? Keep the topic alive until they come out, right? OK then, carry on with your time tested chatter.
  7. Wow, nearly 100 pages in this topic. You guys really need to stop the speculation and leave this topic under the table until the sets come out. Otherwise there's really nothing to talk about.
  8. Sigh, this is just... Too awesome to be worth money. A game of this magnanimous momentum isn't deserved by us lowly humans... Highly Just Kidding! Looks great! He looks AWESOME!
  9. Actually you made mistake at the end. It's $119.99. Now for my re-review of your review : 1. Really? I think it's definitely worth it. Can you tell me why it isn't worth 120 bucks? 2. I agree! But... What side gunpods? They didn't put them on this model. 3. Yup! Wait, what swiveling guns? Do you mean the ball turrets on the front? 4. Indeed; we've known that... Forever. 5. Well that's a waste of bricks. The least you could do is mod it into a one seater so it'd look cooler, but not building it at all is like not having the complete set. 6. I agree there; it is a very nice bike and looks almost exactly like the ones from ROTJ. 7. 4 Lightsaber Hilts, but two red blades. 8. I think they look perfect, and just like they do in the new movie, which is all that matters. You don't need to move their legs, and they can move enough for me. I think someone is a little overly critical and overly expectant of TLC. 9. Surprisingly? I expected greatness from these heads and I got that. So what's wrong with Plo Koon having a rubbery head? You make it sound like it's a problem. Overall, I think you're being a little too critical of the figs and the set. What matters in a set is the set itself. The figures are like a sticker sheet. They are what you put on the set itself. Yeah. They move enough for me; besides, commanders(besides Rex, and, I guess, Cody) aren't really in the thick of it. The pauldrons look very accurate and are very close to the movie's pauldrons(for example, Commander Bly's pauldron. ). Well, I'd put a headlight next to an antenna. Makes sense to use both slots. They aren't that big. Look at the big SW blaster. It's the size of a frickin' Barretts 50 cal. Sniper rifle. I don't think TLC would do that. They did that because everyone else did. Take a look at the new Clone Wars figures by Hasbro. They are all 7.99. They used to be 6.99. Everything is going up, and granted soon everything will be going down. Can't argue with that. Honest to goodness, I think you have it all wrong. These prices are EXTREMELY wishful, I hate to say. How can you say the Twilight should be twenty pounds less than the AT-TE? It has 100 more bricks... The RGS is definitely not equal to the AT-TE; it's much bigger. The V-19 is MUCH larger than the fighter tank, and HOW IN THE BLOODY HELL DO YOU FIGURE THE FIGHTER TANK HIGHER THAN THE TWILIGHT? No offense but that lightened up my day today. The Spider Droid is definitely not worth the same price as the DGS as it has 100 pieces less, so I agree with you there. Once again, you severely underpriced the Twilight. The Magnaguard Starfighter is both not worth as much as the Twilight nor is it worth more than the V-19. Oh yeah... TRU is in Europe too. I'm such an oaf... Tks for clearing that up, thought, Fenson.
  10. 1. I don't know; the box itself looks pretty sweet, and that's a plausible reaction from any current day teen. 2. BUT! Why is there always a but? 3. That's sad.
  11. Again, it's not yet public. And can you confirm my query? I heard you mention something about TLC continuing SW until 2019...
  12. Wuher looks a little disgruntled in that shot... I mean, more than usual... Of course. I think it's clear. It certainly LOOKS clear. EDIT: Nvm. Also, if you read this, can you confirm if TLC has or has not extended the SW license? Not yet public. Deeplink, perchance?
  13. That's true. But the admins should lock some of the duplicates, or some of them which are just a paragraph and maybe one picture. We need... A master review! You? Anyone can find all eight of them... Chances are he's in Europe where the sets are not exclusive to any one store.
  14. Dude, we already have a gazillion gunship reviews. Although I'm sure the wonderful administration wouldn't mind a few more. EDIT: No offense to our great admins(and I don't mean it sarcastically here ).
  15. HOLY FLIPPIN' MONKEY BRAINS! Wow, I wonder why I didn't know that...
  16. Please stop saying IG-88 as if that's a code name for all IG droids. HK means Hunter-Killer droid. HK-47 once meets his predecessors, the HK-50s. IG comes from the InterGalactic Banking Clan who introduced them. I really don't know what droid's denomination this is at all but that it isn't IG-88. It's not IG-88 B, C, or D either. It could be the strange white one in the Ugnaught's working place seen in ESB, transplanted to DS2 after the takeover of Cloud City by the Empire. An IG assassin droid could never be caught and controlled enough to make it do work on other droids.
  17. That's OK! Speculation is... Something that's a long word that... Means something important. Well then allow me to respectfully tell you it DOESEN'T. Seriously, can you please stop this? The sets have been out for SIX HOURS AND TWENTY MINUTES AND THEY DON'T HAVE 4 CLONES. You are hoping in vain. I just want you to stop hoping they will have four clones; you'll be dissappointed and I just don't want to see that happen. Buddy, we have FOUR members who have posted pics of the figures in the set and three who have reviewed the whole set. Not one got three clones. And even then you'd get five clones. Don't forget Rex and Cody. Give it a rest. You'll be glad you did. Enjoy the sets the way they are. Remember: TLC might've only put in a Rex or a Cody. You should always be content with what you have. Contentedness is bliss. I think. Darth Legois, is it me or is someone acting a little more noobish than the person quoted? I have to agree with you. Legois' outburst is not what I would've done at all. And I've been chambered twice, so I think that gives me a certain degree of authority. JK!(well, maybe )
  18. You people are all being, quite frankly, very rude. I already posted a review of the figures in this set and CONFIRMED that there is only one clone sans Cody and yet you all ignore it with blissfully ignorant hopes of multiple clones. Me no happy.
  19. As always, I say people can do whatever they want. The seller(s) can sell whatever they want however high they want. The buyer(s), like you, can choose not to buy it. The buyer(s), like the one who bought it, can buy whatever they want and spend however much they want. Another one that astounded me was the amount of visitors on this Commander Cody figure also on eBay: If this doesen't tell you how darn popular and searched for these figs and sets are, I don't know what will. Actually, he's a genius. People don't WANT to wait. They want things NOW. He knows these aren't out in half of the world so he sells them now. He's taking a risk for sure, but he must think it's worth it because there are crazy people out there who will do anything to get cool stuff for their kids.
  20. You don't need them. Just take 1000 pounds to the store and look at the prices. How can a store have ALL of the Clone Wars sets and be sold out? That's irrelevant. Also, the Twilight and the Homing Spider Droid are Toy's 'R' Us Exclusives so your post really made no sense. I hope you can explain.
  21. 1. Agreed! 2. Well, it was hard enough to get the laser at a 45 degree angle. I reckon harder to make a tube at that angle as detailed as it would have to be. I think TLC did what we all expected them to do. They cut corners. But hey! That's TLC. 3. Minus the yellow eyes(too ROTSish) he'd look just like he did when he was lightninging Luke. 4. Yup! Albeit he had printed legs in 1999( ), these are new. Can anyone who has the new giant Millenium Falcon confirm if these are the same legs? The torso is definitely new(flesh neck, new look). 5. Yeah, but it was silvery as opposed to the rest of him being white. They just didn't want him to be all white. 6. Agreed. Also, in the Sandcrawler(finished building it a few days ago; I think it's my biggest Lego set as of now! ), I got a BRAND NEW C-3PO! He looks just like he does in these pics; dark gold. He looks nothing like the pasty color they gave him originally; I wonder if this is a mistake. If so I have a VERY rare minifig! Well, what stores do you have in Belgium? Europe gets the American TRU/Wal-Mart exclusives in places like Woolworths. Yup! Pity; that's the one I wanted most. Wait, how were they distributed? Droid Gunship and Fighter Tank, Twilight and HSD(both confirmed). Maybe it's the Gunship! But either way I'll be getting a sweet new set with a sweet new vehicle.
  22. How can you say that? The Bomber looked exactly like the real thing. Of course the blunt shooter didn't belong there but you can remove it! Although it DID have proton torpedoes. The panels which conceal it look just like the cover in the movie. If it's the shape, and I doubt that, then I really don't see what's wrong with the shape because both pods are about twice as long as that of a Tie/ln or a Tie Interceptor. The bomb bay was done rather ingeniously as well. It has all of the qualities of a Tie Bomber; what's wrong with it? A few more things: It's not dark blue. No Tie Fighter has blue in the movies, although in Episode 6 the Interceptors seemed to have a bluish hue. Which Tie that was all blue was made in grey? The only Tie Fighter Lego made in grey was an Ultimate Collector's Series Tie Advanced. You're very confusing... Although I agree that we need some grey Ties...
  23. Good to see Palpy has two lightning bolts for his hands. And that Death Star Droid is wicked!
  24. Shoulda went with the AT-TE. So you have double lightsaber hilts, a clone gear polybag, and double clone gear spread around the set? Am I right?
  25. DUDE! Just LOOKING at that picture tells me that it looks EXACTLY like the other one. I have NO clue how you can say it's different. Wow. Just... Wow. I hardly believe what I'm seeing. 9 years ago they made it. For nine years ago it's pretty a sweet design and really echoes the actual set! I can't imagine how that could be a bad design. Although it IS kinda blocky. Wait, I'd better stop before I turn myself...
