In that particular store there were not logical prices, the cheap parts were just to lure customers. The hard to find items were much more expensive than competition. I do not really care to pay a 20% or 50% more for parts that I need, or buy bulk to meet criteria, but I do not like to pay 5x the price, regardless if I can affort it or not. Another type of scam I've also encounter are super lots. I still remember some years ago, some stores that had super lot for 40190-1 - Ferrari F138 polybag, 40192-1 - Ferrari 250 GTO polybag, 40193-1 - Ferrari 512 S polybag, 40194-1 - Finish Line & Podium polybag, 40195-1 - Shell Station polybag & 40196-1 - Shell Tanker polybag, 6 small sets (Shell promotion). A good price for all 6 sets is let's say 60 to 80 euros for a seller. These stores had the 5 of the 6 items at 0,01 euro and the last one in a ridicuruls high price more than 100 euros. The 0,01 euro prices were just to lure you in their trap shop. And the last type of scam I've encounter are lots with low price, but with a bulk quantity restriction. But the available quantity is less than the bulk quantity.

Once I've encounter another type of scam store. It had some lots in rediculus low price and some other lots in ridiculus high price. The catch was that the cheap lots contained only a few pieces, just to lure you in the store when browsing the pricequide.In the store terms you the average lot cost should be 4 euros. Since the cheap lots were less than 1 euro, you had to pay at least 7 euros bying expensive parts for each cheap lot. That's a store for the LO IQ customers. The store listings were something like: lot1: 15 x brick 2x4 at 0,01 euro each, lot 2: 1000 x brick 2 x 4 at 0,99 each etc. So you put in your cart 15 bricks 2 x 4 for 0,01 each but you also have to buy 8 bricks 2 x 4 for 0,99 each. Total is 8,05 for 23 bricks, when the average value is 23 * 0,15 = 3,45 euro. This is why bricklink has a least favourite list.

Beer Bar and Pharmacy is a modular building built in a 32x32 baseplate. It contains 3 buildings, the beer bar, the pharmacy and an old tower.The upper floors of the beer bar and the pharmacy contain two fully furnished apartments. This is my Bakery modular building. It is built in a 32x32 baseplate. In the ground floor there is a bakery shop. In the upper floor there is a spacious apartment. It uses affordable and easy to find parts. You can easily change the façade color to suit your needs. The pdf instructions are available at Rebrickable. Town Gas Station is a modular building, built in a 32x32 baseplate. In the ground floor there is a gas station with a car wash facility. The upper floors contain two apartments with balcony. I've originally designed this moc in 2016. This is an updated version. The cost of the parts is very low for a building of that size. Surf Store Corner is a modular building build in 32x32 baseplate. It contains a little more than 4,000 pieces. The ground floor contains a Surf Store, a Noodle Shop and a tourist attraction fountain.The upper floors contain two fully-furnished apartments.The vacant lot has a dog house, a small garden and the stairs for the first apartment.The second apartment is above the Noodle Shop, and it is accessible by an external staircase. Very well done! Great exterior, nice color scheme of the buildings, great details. I love the layout with the alley between. Great use of space in the pizza store! Nice touch the trans-blue bricks behind the bar!
