    My new way of business for these types things is as follows: retailer exclusive- buy immediately. regular retail sets- buy as budget allows. if I want multiples- buy when on sale/clearance. i will no longer miss out on sets I want waiting for sales.

    That picture is of Caleb Raff. He’s the owner of “The Brick Hutt” an all LEGO hobby shop in Northern California. He is no longer the owner, he sold it to a bionicle collector around 2 years ago.

    Yes sir! Some are MOCs and others are some pretty serious MODs... those pictures are from Brick Palooza last December. I’m currently doing a massive overhaul of my entire city for Bricks By The Bay this year. ill post more pictures on my instagram later.

    I would imagine this wave will be on the shelves around the same length of time as the last movie sets. Although I don’t remember how long that was, sorry. but I know the one retailer exclusive (to Walmart) sold out pretty fast (even on S@H), so I wouldn’t wait for the exclusives to go on sale. pick those up now and wait for the wife releases to go on sale. That’s my plan at least.

    I just saw it at my local (Northern California) Walmart. Didn’t pick it up as the smaller sets are higher priority for me.
