Aussie sales! Share the news of LOCAL sales!

According to the Kmart toy catalog it has the Australian exclusive on the MF. That may save you some time radiant. Did the guy say what store he sore this in, maybe someone can verify it. If there is only a 20% on this baby it will be out of range for most people. Specially those that know about the new sets coming our way. And i have noticed alot of dwarf mine sets appearing in my local target store. Any one else seen the same? -

Wow ....what big news, such a expensive year for lego fans. I hope Kmart were able to stike up a nice lil deal on the MF. I already have one but it would be nice if it was half price or even 40% off like they have done in the past for other big sets. Who needs an Australian Lego Sales topic when we have already taken over this one...lol -

Oh i just love this time of the year with all the many toy sales going on, unfortunately i don't have a Big W store down here in my end of country VIC so i will have to wait for that orc ship. I have just noticed that Kmart will offer a online sneak peek at the catalog on Thurs the 26th. I hope they have some repeats of the MTT last year as i got some huge savings. -
Well done Eurobricks! i have just noticed that we broke the record for the amount of users online at any one time (previous record set a couple of years ago). I couldn't see this posted anywhere else so i decided to post it. This web site is certainly alive and kicking.

You guys look like allot of fun, always good seeing a face against a name. I think i would really enjoy having a beer with you at an Oktoberfest:thumbup: . One of the disadvantages of being an Aussie, so far away.

The homing spider droid will be a welcomed addition to my separatist army as my clone forces were looking a little to strong, cant wait until i get my hands on this one. I will get the twilight to keep my collection complete. Great find, i love seeing the new pictures coming through, just hope they are not exclusive....i always hate the sight of yellow balloons on the boxes.

I will certainly add this one to my collection, i already own every other rescue helicopter and i have a feeling this will be the best. Just love how its completely enclosed, thanks for the review.

Well its happened to me twice now and i live in country Victoria, i may have been lucky. On both occasions i ordered late in the month, dont know if that makes any difference. I would be interest if other aussies have experienced quick service, i know on the other hand sinner waited for ever for his green grocer.

I am a army builder and hope one day to make large scale castle battle scenes. Time is a huge factor at the moment, i have to work so hard to pay for all this..lol. There is a Queens birthday holiday coming up on the 9th of june here in australia, thats the deadline i have given myself. You will definately see my army in the "share your castle army thread". Thats the beauty of the battle packs, the figures come armed.

Oh i wish i had the time to build the little blocks into something so beautiful like this. Great work.

I just want to let you guys know (Specially the aussies) how fast i just received my latest order from lego Shop @ Home. I ordered it Thursday night ...australian time and received it Tuesday morning Australian time and i only paid for standard shipping. My order also included some pick a brick elements and it was advised that it may take almost a month. I have been totally blown away by this speed and this is quicker than when i have paid for express shipping in the past

Oh so many beautiful classic sets, makes me want to go and set all mine up. Great work, i can really appreciate the time you have spent there. One item missing from my collection is the beatiful yellow train station...maybe one day i can get my hands on one

Maybe if i can wash off all this dragon blood -
Sorry to be going a little off topic here but personally i have just bought 40 crowny battle packs for the only reason that i am running out of space to store the left over blocks. About 500 of my crownies came from sets (mentioned above) on sale which would have been cheaper than the battle packs. Thanks for the review Whitefang but i dont think i will be buy any skeleton battle packs, that army is large enough.

While my forces are active all dragons will not survive. The only good dragon is a dead dragon -
The australian dollar is firing at the moment, if your compare the US currency to the australian currency for this set you would be paying about $94-$95 on S@H. Personally i am waiting to buy it from my local stores on sale...maybe 20% off.
-
Just got confirmation that my order of 40 crowny battle packs have been sent. For a long time they were listed as sold out and i was beginning to fear it was a short production run.
-
I was planning to show off my armies for the end of castle month but totally under estimated the time it would take. By the time i am finished i will have about 2000 figures lined up armed and ready to battle. So far about 60 crowny cavalry, 170 scorpians and about 160 quivers on troops. Its been a job i have wanted to do for so long and castle month spurred me on.
