I'm not sure... The only thing I have noticed is that this gap seems smaller in real life than in LDD. Moving the Axle 5.5 With Stop down to let the connector rest on the beam is however not enough to make things fit.

Not a lot of bending required: Physical bricks (pin removed to show alignment). That slight misalignment felt like it was just bricks flexing a bit.

It is really like this - notice the second cross block which means they can't be rotated. That is how close I get if I use a 3M axle instead of a 4M. Using a 4M it ends up like this.

4997 Transport Ferry (second model) - Theme: Creator - LXF file Errors: 8x Dark Bluish Gray Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Ladder left unconnected in the LXF (but in the right place in the picture) because they cause connection issues and dropped parts in the wings when loading the file.

I can confirm this behaviour. It seems to depend on the web browser - it works if I copy from IE8, but I only get a long list of "Yes" posts if I copy from Chrome or Opera. My guess is that Chrome and Opera copy the actual "tab" character which makes Access skip to the next column, while IE8 just copies the text with some spaces between the columns. Is it possible to add more columns to the "Input set data from BrickLink" dialogue box and have LDD Manager detect if the pasted data is across one or multiple columns?

Two small corrections. I believe the version of 6752 Fire Rescue that JunkstyleGio posted earlier is the second model in that set. And 7803 Jeep only has one version, not three as stated in the index. This sounds like a very nice feature! Thanks Superkalle!

Here is another one, slightly bigger this time. Getting those chains more or less right was quite tedious. Only the original model so far, I might do the alternative versions later. 4997 Transport Ferry (main model) - Theme: Creator - LXF file Some minor errors: The 2x Black Technic, Pin with Friction Ridges Lengthwise and Towball are not connected to the 2x Black Plate, Modified 2 x 2 with Towball Socket in the bow. I was unable to get the mechanism properly lined up both with the align hinge tool and manually. The 2x Dark Bluish Gray Brick, Round 1 x 1 with Fins are not connected to the 2x Dark Bluish Gray Chain in the front. The chain seems to get in the way no matter what I do. Edit: Tan Technic Axle Pins color corrected from Bright Brick Yellow to Brick Yellow.

Even if LDD4 looks better than LDD3 did, I should probably point out that those pictures were captured at about twice that size and then resized which makes them look a bit smoother than they do in LDD4.
