  1. I undertstand that as I have been to many a NASCAR race. Thing is you have glass where there should be no glass thus hindering the way in/out.
  2. Nice but how does the driver get in?
  3. How do the guys get into the vehicles with no car doors?? Is it Dukes of Hazzard style??
  4. Well, I'll start with the airport. There is a plane I see that is just a ton of diff colors. The walls as well. I see stairs going to something. One set is black then there is a group of stairs in multi color as well.
  5. Awesome! Love the video screen! But, where oes everyone park?
  6. Just me I guess but I'm not quite getting it.
  7. Why do vehicles have no doors??? Makes no sense, especially the bank truck. So a guy had to go in thru the back and crawl to the front seat??
  8. No point to the set unless you are someone that has to have everything that says "Lego" on it.
  9. Not feeling the whole vibe on it. What's the castle about? Just me tho.
  10. Where are you all seeing these "Harbour" sets?? I want to see too.
  11. What he said
  12. Motorcycle is ugly. How do you get into the car when the windshield covers 2/3 of the door? The magnifying glass is as big as a guys head!
  13. I just want to see a batter swing the bat. Are they all going to bunt or just swing one handed?
  14. Ok, that's TOO busy.
  15. Now THAT'S a city!! The way it should be and not any of those ungodly 6 wide cars and semis that are as long as a city block (road plate) or unclassic HUGE buildings. Classic town!
  16. The house we are looking at buying is 75% ours. I can't wait as the fixed up basement I get to use for my layout is 16 x 25 feet!!!
  17. I'm a nit picker (and I hope people do same to me when my city is done) but what happens if a jet/airplane over shoots the runway?
  18. Dumb question but, where are those Vespa from??
  19. I love reading the replies! I so can't wait until I get my house. I've had the sets and ideas bagged up for about 10 years! It's awesome to have the sets I have as when I was a kid in the 80's, I only had vehicles. Gosh, I wanted Main Street so bad! Now I have it and built off of it, making about 6 more buildings in the same build as in the original. My Main Street will be nice! I can't wait so I can get building and post pics. I'm not totally anti new school. I did pick up City Corner and Town Home. Hey, they fit in nice!
  20. Voted poor. Truck is way too big for my town. Store way smaller than truck. Why use such a huge truck to deliver to such a small store. Just use a delivery van. Only thing I'd use is the stickers to make a larger store, without truck.
  21. Not seeing the excitement in this. It's not on scale to anything so why the hype? Just for the colored bricks??
  22. Was interested to know how many still build towns with th old 80's look to it. You know, the Main Street/Public Works era. I see a lot of new on here. Granted, we live in modern times but me, I can't see myself building anything than what I liked when I first started. Would love to see some old school layouts. And yes, when I move hopefully in October, my house has a finished basement that is all mine and will build and post pics of my wonderful 80's era city.
  23. Ouch...sorry, all I can think of to say.
  24. Now this is a nice set that fits nicely in my old school, 1980's town. And no bulky 6 wide car! Great set!
  25. I'll pass. It all seems to wishy washy. Plus I can't stand the modern cars and 6 wide vehicles. I'm not paying $100 for a green bike.
