Hi :) in response to one of you i posted other picture fo give you a best result of the render picture. I use Mental ray like render view. If you want, the week i will post one of the work, realised at shcool. And i repeat, its a full creation, without bricks ready made, The concept is to composed the bricks (previously created) to do a diorama like you do in the forum, i used lego designer but i dont find all the bricks which composed the mecha suit (see the picture sparkart)

Hello everyone, i come here to discover the lego's world. I m a french student (with bad english, sorry :s ) in FX school where we making 3D / Painting / photography ... My project is a diorama, and i hope find the answer to my questions.

Its school project (FX school), and about lego's brick i dont know much...I need to have information about spécific bricks i found on diorama or project lego picture (and have a lego design must better). I use Maya 3D and i create the lego's brick with spécific cotation / mesure.I have found Some people who worked on district 9 project, and i would like realised the same mecha suit but i have not the bricks In real life, and i dont know much the different bricks which composed the mecha. Lego Junkie sparkart I saw the lego designer model on this forum, its could help me to create the mechaSome bricks created ( ive created 20 differents bricks praticly)For exemple:(Its just screen for show what support i used and how The Mini Figurine, render just with Ambiant occlusion And a preview of the renderview used on an other work Of course, the shading will be different ( plastic matérial)
