Just my thoughts of this: The landspeeder is again a mega-sized one. The first one (7110) was really good size wise. I thought if they where to release a new one it would have been much more in a better scale, and with some new parts for the front to make it more accurate. I´d rather had a smaller one, with less parts, and something else around it. More figs or whatever. It is after all something classy from the first movie ever made in SW. Tie Defender? Tie Defender?? Nice it is not in blue anymore. But isn´t this a EU set? Or could we expect this junk in CW? Since we got the great 10131, and 7664 I really dislike all TIE-versions exept the once actually seen in the movies. Worst part... got to buy one :D I´d much rather had a new Bomber. The Droid Tri-Fighter I must see better pics of. The first one was ok, this might be improved some. Could be it is slightly to big though. Rest of the sets I really looking forward to see with better pics. That goes for all sets by the way.

I wont even go here. I have enjoyed all sets I got and all the figs in that time they came out and what else we knew back then, they all had their own feelings to them. Like the X-wing for instance: If they released both 7140 and 6212 at the same time, I would not hesitate on which one to choose. But they didn´t. When I saw the first X-wing, I loved it. When the new one came out, the old one was dismantled and sorted away.

Agreat new thread to dedicate to 2010 sets. Great job Kim as always The rumor lists looks really good to me. I think the sets mentioned by many (like the CTT, ARC) will be CW II based. They did remakes of AT-TE and RGS, so why not. TLC did really great on those once in my opinon. GG Starship was good one for a first edition, can be improved abit more. I will not complai on anything until I see pictures... or if even so then. So many times people is nagging there a$$es off at first, and when the ses hit the shelfs, there use to be other sounds in the barrel. I welcome any sets, as long as there is new once as well, and not only remakes. Very often the remakes has improved alot. If we will get the new molded jetpack to Boba, TLC would be stupid not to make a Jango in a near future. We have gone back and forth with Ep. I, II, and III sets. Could well go back again to make sets from those Eps.

Really a beautiful and great moc. Also have thoughts about Lobot? Is it "slide-off" water decals? Hope there will come more very soon

Yeah, yeah... Next year we will try to find out some more competitions that you are not so good at my dear Doctor. When we will come back to Günzburg next time, we will probably have forgoten about the things we found so terrible this year. But we will for sure not make the same misstake with the breakfast.

Your first post was exactly as if I wrote it myself. This is the exact ideas I have had for some time now. Even with the ´Bucket´ (but I never got it, but understod the feeling). The one difference is that I do got the CW sets. It was really when I decided that I don´t want to keep all my old grey pieces. Then I thought about all the old SW sets that is really crappy compared to new and re-released sets. Then for just a few weeks ago I totally decided to put all my old sets together, and I will sell them off. I thought a lot about it and talked with family and friends, and they are supportive, even if many of them don´t understand it all So I will stop buying sets that is not from OT and PT that I don´t like, or find useless. Then there is those sets that is CW but also exists in the OT and PT that I´m for sure will buy. Thanks for posting this Legoman, really nice to see that more then me thinks about the same.

I think that this year has been very good for both OT and CW. The OT has been minimized in the number of sets the last years. So this year is a great comback for those sets that many of us like. No one is forcing you to buy any sets if you are not happy with them. CW will also be around for a few more years, and we will be getting plenty of sets from that. Everybody should be able to state their view or mind, but dont argue about it,it will lead nowhere!

Would be so sweet to have a better new CC. I like hollisbrick idea kind of, if a playset like the CC was 3 or 4 pieces. Eighter you buy them all, or you can choose your favorites. I ones had this idea of a Death Star. We know by now that this never came along. But I would also like a CC in the same size, amount of mini-figs and price of the DS.
