Best SW set in the 10 years of Lego Star Wars

I have to say 7159 - Star Wars Bucket! You get a great black Lego bucket, and endless possibilitys of building different Podracers My first set was 7153 - Jango Fetts Slave I so I have to go with that. Then to just choose one is really hard. There has been the original AT-AT, the 4504 MF, the new Endor set, DS with great minifigs. Not to mention the UCS MF. That also had the great touch of building it with 3 great friends, and built 3 at the same time in my livingroom. So as mentioned, 7153 since it was such a great set, and the one brought me here in the first place. Great figs to ;) -
Ok, so to have something negative to say about your reviews I really love when people makes some crazy pic(s) or do as a comic pic or such. It always makes it fun to read the review. As mentioned before, your reviews really is done by the book. But it would add some personality to it all. I know it can be hard to come up with sometimes. But still I enjoy reading your reviews since they have a very high quality to it ;)

Great great review. Also must comment on the good quality of your pics. Other then that, not much to say ;) It is simply an example in my opinon how a review should be done. A schoolbook example. I really loved this set when it was released. A good speeder, good minifigs... just a great small set.

A nicely done review! I really like this version of the x-wing. Such an iconic ship from the OT. Thinking of getting one to keep in MINT. Also with a good lie-up of mini-figs.
-
Another great review Big Cam I really liked this set when it came out. Thought the speeder was a bit to big, so modded it slightly. But I really liked the set it self. Thanks for the review.

A really great moc! I always enjoy to see peoples try at those Rebellion ships in different sizes. Is this the final version, or will you try to make it more detailed? I guess it will be very time consuming to do so.
-
For me it would be good enough if TLC made it in the size that I started off in once. Slightly bigger, a head that I still havent managed to do, and a bit better legs. The legs I did was as from the first AT-AT, just slightly longer (I will sonn finnich mine ). Alot of mini-figs, no extra ships or turrents is really needed. So want to see pics of this :D

Nice little vignette! First attempt at something Star Wars related?

I also thought there was really no bigger sets coming out for next year that we got news of so far.I totally stick with you on the "good riddance" of the motorized one. Can this set be a UCS version as well? That would be sweet. Was this supposed to be a summer set?

This is truley really great! Now with the blaster it looks perfect. Areally great caption for one of the best mini-figs there is. So tell me, when can we expect to see the rest of the 250+ SW mini-figs built like this? Keep up the good work!

Welcome to EB! Nice introduction, and a nice BS gallery.

Welcome! A project does not have to be done in a certain time eighter ;) But making it slightly smaller is one way to get it going even further ofcourse. Well that is not the issue with my AT-AT... so dont say anything CGH ;)

Hello! Bereft of bricks. . . but hopefully not forever!

Welcome to Eurobricks! Really sad story there. When I was younger still playing, I heard of some people giving their LEGO away and regreated it deeply later in their lives. I then decided that that is a misstake I will learn from and never do. Wish more people heard things like that, and just packed their beloved toys away for some time instead of giving it all up. Hope you will get "your" collection back eventually, and once more enjoy it. Once again, welcome to our family. -
Welcome to these boards Ben, and thanks for the review! Always nice to see new members that got kind of simular interests in LEGO as yourself. Hope you will enjoy, and get some time to browse the SW forum, and make some posting.

Hi Leah, and welcome aboard on EB! Hope you will enjoy it here with many great members charing the same interests as you do.

Assuming you mean the old once? But same there, as I said before. when they came, at that time, they where great. Compared to the new once, they look horrible.

But finding a girl willing to do this... I´d say MARRY HER!!The kid in his Boba costume really made my day.

I dont know if this discussion is hilarious or tragic. A bit of both I guess. I would really like it if we got this mini-fig, but I´m not trusting my life to it. I too see something... looking to tall, black with a lighter colour where the face might be. It looks a bit to tall... well I´ll wait for clearer pictures. No need to debate in 3 pages or more for this. Just hilarious...

Great details overall. Like the use of the crates for the missiles. Sure the hanger could have been slightly bigger, but it looks so good.
-
I also thought it was to short for my taste. Great seeing someone also thought this, and done something about it. Looks definitely better.

Areally great review covering all you like to see to get the right feeling for a set. Since I dont collect *cough, cough* UCS set in generall, and missed the deal of a lifetime for the RBR way back, I´m now glad it made it into a system set. Definatley on my wanted list, and going to get list. Thanks for the review!

I never got the "bucket" of the exact same reason. Still not got it, and I dont really count it as a real set. I don´t mind at all what other "collectors" will say (yes you Kim and Morten). THAT thing... is not a SW set in my book.I almost vomit just thinking of it.
