I know they were released at least once on DVD, apparently as individual releases, but I got mine at WalMart packaged with their respective graphic novels. According to Wookieepedia that was in '06. Wookieepedia says they were reboxed in '08, but I can't find any info on that. The video quality is pretty bad, though. Wookieepedia says that that's because the video was sourced from the '93 LaserDisc releases. Still nice to watch, however; the video looks acceptable on my 13" laptop.

I've been practicing for all of Q31. The heroes there have been fighting battles on a massive scale throughout the quest.

"Glad to be questing with you, Master Holla." "Indeed, I have."

"It is of no value to me, and she was the last of her family, so as far as I know it holds no value as the heirloom it was, either. Sir Leonard might be interested in it, though, if you do not want to keep it." -

Hearing the Rogue advertising his need for a hero, I approach Guts. "Master Holla, I am Bartholomew Docken, Ranger, and I am interested in questing as part of your team, if the original member of your team no longer wants the spot. I'm familiar with Master Hybros as well; he and I were both members of the party that first encountered Lady Wren in the arena. If you're looking for someone who will hold his ground, I'm capable of absorbing Free Hits and protecting you all with my shield."

If you'd rather I autoplay this one and then you just have some roleplaying time afterwards, let me know; that's fine with me. -
Micropolis has been an option in the Index poll since RCB 3 ended, actually. Like I said, though, bringing all the models together at the end is just a CB, not an RCB.
-
That would be a regular CB, just using LDD. And Alienwar would have to be the host.
-
That's funny; I PMed Kalle yesterday saying that I'd like to host a Trains-themed RCB. I don't have the go-ahead yet, but my current concept is "Build a station for the Emerald Night". It's similar enough to Town that anyone can jump in and build something for it, but it's also specific enough that we should see some techniques we don't usually see.

The bongo as a model on it's own isn't that bad. For me, the problem is that it's supposed to be an organic, 'grown' craft. That's a great concept, but it doesn't really fit into the look and feel of Star Wars, and it's also pretty much impossible to represent all the curves well with LEGO. This is a vast improvement over the '99 version, of course, but it just doesn't feel organic, and its attempt to do so, it uses a lot of curved pieces that I would probably rarely use in an MOC, further diminishing the value of the set for me based on my building style. Not that that's TLG's fault. Yep, they look great. One day I'll have to get one of those; sheets of paper and one big window have their limitations...

"Some of the heroes I've quested with seem to do so quite often."
-
"Is it not frustrating when they run off in pursuit of some unrelated item or try to 'fix' problems they weren't hired to deal with? Or are those some of the 'idiotic yet funny' things you spoke of?"
-
"And you never attempt to remind them of what they should be doing, if not only to keep to them moving towards fulfillment of the goals of the quest?"
-
"Ah, I see. Interesting choice of entertainment, Master Finnegan - 'watching people run around like idiots'. What exactly do they do that you enjoy so much?"

No, Tree Stumps can be alive, they just can't do anything other than post, so no one could ever be lynched or killed. (assuming such a Tree Stump Mafia did in fact give everyone the Tree Stump role) -
Alopex was in line to host the next one, but I PMed Kalle about it around the time RCB 4 ended, and he said that that RCB isn't really going anywhere. Currently, the most popular theme for the next one is Castle, but that's only got six votes at the moment. (in large part because I deleted the earlier Pirate and Space options that a lot of people had voted for when those RCBs were hosted, and those members haven't re-vote) Kalle and I have talked about themes for future RCBs, and we agree that it needs to be a general theme that anyone can join in and build in (which is the beauty of the RCB as opposed to the traditional CB) - like Town, Castle, Space, and Pirates. (a large reason those were picked) We also think it would encourage more activity in the RCB thread with more turns and fewer bricks. If I host another RCB, participants will be allowed around fifty to seventy five bricks per turn, and they'll get four or five non-consecutive turns. (color-checking, if any, would take place at the end of each 'loop', most likely) Kalle did say that if Alopex decides not to revive the Post-Apoc RCB, then CMP is first in line as a prospective host, so he'll get first choice whether to pick that one up or not. Otherwise, I don't think that there are currently any plans, but I do encourage members to go over to the RCB Index and cast votes for the next theme.

Same here. Nice job converting the Town Hall to a police station. I look forward to following along.
