I think the Cat O' Nine Tails should have a chance to Assassinate every target, the same way JimB's Bladerang (?) works, but Free Hits should still be counted, the way Frenzy and Magic Burst works.

Those of you on the Unlimited Quest, I'd like to buy that Raw Meat when I get back to the Hall, depending on the price. Or any consumable that permanently increases Health, those of you on other quests.

I wouldn't mind the amulet thing, but I would make it an accessory artifact that grants the Horse's movement and attack bonuses by itself, not an amulet that summons a Horse.

It's equipped when you mount it, and unequipped when you get off of it so you can walk through doors. It doesn't have to be an artifact, but it's not a weapon or a shield, so...

Yeah, that's what I was getting at. I know you used the face first, so that part was my fault. I only do that within reason, and if the artifact makes sense with my minifig. (leading to my reforging the Scarab Shield into the Forestman's shield while I Mythrilized it) Docken, being a Forestman, would look strange with the Dread Hat on his head.

Not really. You still get the double Damage against Undead and Humanoids, which is what most players want to get out of those two elements, and the two elements cancel out each others' weaknesses, so you also get the normal Damage against every enemy. (well, in Benji's case, not against Icy Monsters, since he's also got an Opal in there)

Since you mentioned the prices and artifacts you have, I went back and reviewed Quest 4, and I realized that the Robe of the Magi in the Marketplace is being sold for the same price it was sold for when I introduced it in the Questing Outfitter's Shop waaaaay back in Brobric. Nice touch, Sandy. Which brings up an interesting fact: I had forgotten that Horses were actually introduced in that shop in Quest 4, not as drops in Quest 17. Their powers were also different; they could halve the travel time for two heroes, not one, but they had no Power or WP bonuses.

I really don't think the sculpt would be that different, and I would think that the mold would be complex enough to be a China piece, so it shouldn't be too expensive or hard to reprint it, if reprinting was needed. If they are making Pong Krell (minifig selections have been changed from what was shown in the retailer's catalog before), I think it makes a lot of sense to make Dexter's Diner.
