Someone brought up the idea of allowing more artifacts to be equipped as a player advanced in Level - I like that idea the best, if equipping of more artifacts is going to be allowed.

I think someone (John Paul?) dropped an artifact that gave you an extra artifact slot. (or gave you two, but it took up one; final effect being that you had three slots) I remember there was discussion of whether it would be allowed to remain in the game; I don't remember what happened to it.

It is a negative effect - an effect that decreases SP. Not sure about the amount, though. Sandy?Oh well, if this doesn't work out, I can always resell the scroll to Flipz.
