  1. It has to be sold for less, though, because for that price a hero would normally just merge the gems with a better artifact. There is a very similar precedent for this: I sold the Desert Cloak (Immune to Fire-, Earth- and Wind-elemental Damage; Backwear) for 150 Gold. Considering the SP, I think you can probably expect to get around 155-175 Gold for the Overcloak from Fabian.
