  1. "No, Ms. Knight," he replies. "I wish you best of luck, though." And so the party sets off. Luke leads them down the path and off into the forest. Soon, there were sounds of combat that could be heard through the trees. "That may be the scouts!" Luke exclaims. "We have to help them!" The cleric runs off towards the sound of battle, the party hot on his heels. There, they find... "It's Luke!" a woman in golden plate armor shouts. "Luke, help us!" "Traci, keep still! 2. You ever tried drinking out of a fish's gullet? Weirdest thing I tell you.
  3. My lord! We will do whatever it takes to protect you. Even I, a lowly fisherman, will answer the call to protect you.
  4. Does the crossbow shoot carrots?
  5. "Trost?" the captain repeats. "Sounds familiar. I think that's where my nephew went to go study." He tries to scratch his neck but his armor hinders him. "Gah stupid armor. Anyway, by trophies, I just want them to come back with something to prove that they have fought and killed living creatures, not just training dummies. Preferably they would be fighting more humanoids, but seeing we have a lack of them on this island, that's why I hired you to see how good they are."
  6. "Please let this work," Kiray mumbles as Bobby uses the dust. She repeats.
  7. Felix is here! LEt's go get some assassins!
  8. "Hey, our band of problems comes from the sea this time. It's been months since we had any problems in the forest."
  9. "Problem would be an understatement." The captain shakes the paw. "They've been harassing us for too long and we just simply haven't been able to train enough soldiers fast enough, or well enough. That's where you people come in, as I'm sure you know." "I sent them on a training mission into the forest earlier in the day." His gaze hardens. "They haven't returned. I wanted them to return with some form of trophies. I didn't think it would take them this long."
  10. Kiray attacks Oreion from the front with her Sanctified Rito Longsword. "I do double damage to his kind."
  11. "What are YOU doing here?" Luke looks around. "Well, we may as well and go see Captain Grayson. Follow me." The party follows Luke to the sparring fields where they see... "Ah!" the captain exclaims. "There they are. I was beginnng to wonder if you were lost."
  12. Hey everyone! Usually I hate to self promote but here is a short film I made for one of my classes. What do y'all think? Since you guys are some of the best storytellers I know I'd love to know your thoughts.
  13. 1) What is your current Mafia experience? Do you have a good understanding of the rules and the way a game works? (Note: You will not be accepted unless you have played at least one Mafia game on Eurobricks). I've played a lot of games on here, so yes. I think. 2) Will you be able to actively participate for the next few weeks / months (depending on how long the game takes)? Yes. 3) If you were living in medieval times, what job/profession would you ideally have? (Note: This may have some effect on the character you are assigned; however, the characters have already been designed and made so there might not be a perfect fit for you) It would probably be an actor in an traveling troupe. Or a bishop.
  14. Mini update! After Saturday (probably Friday afternoon but Saturday just in case) we'll be good to go again. "Here let me see those," Luke says as he takes two posters and places them on the docks. They stay. "What's the trouble with them?" Luke shrugs at his own question. "Well, since we're all here we should probably get to the task. That is, if you guys still want me with you." The inventory looks as follows: Lacy's Information Posters (3), quest item Locations to place: Mary Lancaster's Bakery (1) - Completed Pillars at Dock (2) - Completed Animal Pens (2) Old Man Kendall's Back (1) - Completed Shrine of Ennoc (1)
  15. Hey guys, updates up until after this weekend are going to be really touch and go. I've got two papers, a short film, a script to finish rewriting, about 50 pages of reading and four intensive events for my fraternity. After Saturday we should be smooth sailing.
  16. But in all seriousness, congrats Stickfig! Hope to see a new LEGO fan on the boards in a few years.
  17. As the party regroups on the docks, Luke comes up to them. "Hey everyone, just checking up on you."
  18. Kiray keeps fingering the hilt of her blade.
  19. The docks are void of people. There's a post that looks big enough to put the posters on.
  20. I'm right in the middle of rush and have been up late every night helping that out and classes are going to be brutal this semester.
  21. The offering plate's golden aura pulsates, slowly, methodically. The pulsing stops as if it accepts the offering, only to pulse rapidly. The items fly back into Avalanche's pack, declining the offering.
  22. Once again, the potion flies back into Avalanche's pack. There are trees around, but no apples. Just letting you know everyone, this side quest can be completed at anytime before you leave Tridentia. You may come across some things that can help as you quest.
  23. I'd say for how quiet it was, it was easily one of my favorite games I've played on here. It was laid back, but not too much. Just right for my schedule and it was fun to play.
  24. I'm trying to decide if that would constitute an automatic failure or success for 146.
  25. The poster shoots off from the bowl back into Avalanche's grasp. When he places the bone, the offering plate glows, rattling as if contemplating the gift. As if it wasn't enough, the bone flies back into Avalanche's pack.
