    That headpiece is a little bulkier than expected. Figured it would just be a head print with some fire effects coming from it. Guess that means we won't be seeing a Firestorm fig any time soon...

    Nice to meet you, and make that one ;) Honestly, I think Man of Steel is pretty great. It's one of the few DC movies that don't fill me with rage. I'll admit, the second act is a little weak, Amy Adams wasn't too great, and why Clark couldn't save the dog without raising suspicion is beyond me. It's more Batman Begins than it is the Dark Knight. A lil off topic, though. I'd call Star Lord's helmet far more recognizable. The Zod helmet works just as well for him as it does Firefly, so it's a little more multipurpose (read as: "generic").

    Orion looks wicked! They said in that video that they built every model out of actual parts to test its stability and make sure that you could actually build everything if you wanted. I think that means two things: 1. This game can't be used as a frame of reference for future models (people who were thinking the '66 Batmobile would be a legit model because of how it was designed: sorry.) and 2. Building stuff from this game could be a big thing for the community. These guys have a thing for fanservice, so this game could provide us with a lot of designs for vehicles, locations, etc. for the stuff that Lego won't put in a set. (Hopefully this time Robin gets a bike that looks cool and will be buildable)

    It'll probably be a long time before we see too many Lanterns, but when we do, I'd like to see Kilowog, John Stewart, Atrocitus, Larfleeze, Saint Walker, and Star Sapphire. Of course, those certainly wouldn't come all at once, some not at all, but it'd be nice to have at least one representative for each of the major Corps. Of course, if they wanted to make me really happy, we'd get Lantern versions of the whole League. Sinestro Batman, Blue Lantern Flash, Star Sapphire Wonder Woman, all of 'em.

    No, that Scarecrow is just from one of those motivational posters they put on Facebook and stuff. How often is Bronze Tiger an actual tiger?? Honest question, because I'm used to seeing him as a dude, but sometimes he's just depicted as a tiger-man-thing and that confuses me.

    That Metallo is hideous. I was thinking something like the DCAU or Justice League Doom versions. More of a robotic skeleton with a kryptonite heart and some green detailing. A bigifg probably wouldn't have done him justice either, at least not one of those hunched over bulky ones. It would have been especially cool if he was just a regular looking dude and then turned into a big robot thing like Cyborg's bigfig suit.

    I understand. I do that a lot, too. Trying to match a character exactly gets really ugly really fast, but if you go for something that gives off the same vibe, combine some elements of different versions of the costume, and add a few of your own, the character will be recognizable, which is really more important.

    Preferably just "Gone! Gone! The form of man! Rise, the Demon Etrigan!" That can't take much longer than the neat little Hulk animation from Marvel.

    Whenever something goes down at Wayne Manor, it is DEADLY serious. So what if it doesn't happen often? When it does happen it's the coolest! Besides, it's really the most notable building in the Bat-Universe that hasn't been made into a set yet. If you really want the GCPD, just modify one of the hundreds of police station sets.

    Etrigan really didn't need to be a bigfig, but as long as he can turn back into Jason Blood I'm down. Etrigan's one of my favorite DC characters. I doubt that that's the whole roster. I'd say they leave some blank for the purpose of the demo, but there are a whole lot of other characters not included in the blank spots.

    I think they're saving the more unsure characters for their daily reveals and for in-game surprises. Isn't Platinum from the Metal Men? So they just revealed 1 character and confirmed 6 others then, right? That's pretty cool. I'd like to believe that Mad Mod at least is a given, with Shade being more likely than Penny Plunderer. Wasn't Penny Plunderer just a guy in a suit with a generic villain mustache and top hat? Do we really need him?

    They just revealed Red Hood for Lego Batman 3 and he looks like a more polished version of the design they used in the Wayne Manor project on Ideas as opposed to the New 52 version. I'm thinking this is a sign.

    Okay, that Red Hood is the exact same design from the Wayne Manor project on Ideas. It's straight from Under the Red Hood, and it doesn't have that big red bat symbol on the chestpiece or the weirdly detailed helmet of the New 52 version. This and that Alfred design are giving me a good feeling about that project. I'd say Firefly's not going to be in it, though, since their design is going to require at least 2 new pieces. Either way, Red Hood!! I didn't doubt much that he'd be in their, but something about seeing him confirmed is relieving. I wonder if we'll get Red Robin, since Tim Drake is already the regular Robin in this game?

    I actually just got back on here to see if anyone mentioned that yet! Cool, though. Do you think she'll just operate like a regular big fig or essentially just be a giant plain minifig or what?

    I'd say that version is going to be in a set (Wayne Manor perhaps?) and was designed after the game's version was programmed. No other character in the special has an entirely new design, and all of the designs (except Cyborg) are available in sets. Giganta's crazy cool, though. I wonder how she'll play? She seems a little too big to be able to fit through most areas.

    I'm kinda hoping we get new faces for those two, especially Flash. The repeat Flash is super convenient for me regardless, since his head is perfect for a purist Firestorm but I don't wanna be without a Flash. Aquaman's head is pretty much the only kind of expressions I'd expect from him, but Flash had "generally happiness" and "about to tear out your beating heart", so something either more excited or afraid would make for a good variant. Even though we know we're not, it would be cool to get a Flash head with the white eyes.
