Heroica RPG - Quest #81: Home Sweet Home
The_Customizer replied to Endgame's topic in The Heroica Archive
"Thank you for rescuing us, hopefully we can do the same. Any ideas why Solon and Fydelle were able to just ignore the Oculoid's control? Perhaps it is a mental situation, or does her control only allow power over humanoids or creatures who fit a certain pattern? Maybe Solon and Fydelle have something that protects them."- 823 replies

"Before you do anything either one of us will regret, I have one very important command. I demand you to release us, we are not humanoids, you would gain nothing by transforming us, rather, it would be a waste of your precious time. I believe you have more important things to do, right?"- 823 replies

"Perhaps there is another way out of this situation. Maybe we don't have to fight, we just have to find some way to prevent this from happening. Right, we are currently asleep in the past, this 'dream' or whatever we are in, is just a glimpse of what is to come, what if we found a way to change it? Perhaps, somehow, someway, when we awaken, we can prevent this from ever happening, but in order to do this, we have to find out exactly what happened in the past to cause this possible future. Any ideas?"- 823 replies

The_Customizer replied to Endgame's topic in The Heroica Archive
"You dare call me a little girl? Young lady, I am your superior in age and wisdom, you will NOT speak down to me as you would to a child." Erdathcath's anger begins to boil over in hatred, "If you have to kill me for your plan to succeed, then so be it, but far be it from being said that I Erdathcath Madilinas, bowed before pressure and allowed a simple demon to control the Proggs for her own purpose. After all, I would much rather be dead, than be a slave to you. And I believe I speak for all living kind, whether humanoid, or Progg, living or spirit, we would much rather die in freedom than bow before you and become enslaved by you for whatever purpose you wish upon us." Erdathcath pulls herself up to her full height, and prepares herself for the imminent war.- 823 replies

Erdathcath slowly looks up at Iris, and begins talking. "I have met your "lord" the Eternal Reaper, I know a bit of what he is capable of, what I do not know, is what part you play in this, nor why you are harassing the Proggs. From what you have said, your war is against us, humanoids, therefore leave the Proggs alone, flee, don't make us harm the Proggs anymore than necessary, we can take our battle to the streets above, or into the wilderness, my goal is to protect the Proggs, if I have to die in order for them to survive, that is fine by me, but leave them alone, as well as those in the city above, whatever superiority complex you have that has brought you this high, to the paramount of believing you are undefeatable, I can guarantee that you will regret the wrath which will greet you, if you do not leave. As for the people of this fair city above, and the humanoids who live across this world, I have no doubt they will NOT fall beneath you. Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Trolls, Orcs, and whatever other creatures that walk this earth on 2 legs, or 3, or 4, they have will-power far stronger than anything you could use against them. Because you are simply fighting for someone else, you do not have the ability to destroy a people who are fighting for their very lives, they will NOT be defeated, they will keep on going until the absolute end of the universe, the humanoid race is the strongest of all races, no matter the difficulty, whether sickness, famine, war, or poverty, the humanoid race ALWAYS finds a way to come out on top." Poppunkmunky on eBay?
The_Customizer replied to KingPixels's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
All I see in your reply are a bunch of red herrings pointing away from the fact that Poppunkmonkey and you are the same. And once again, using the alternate identity of EliteGrafx (A near copy of EclipseGrafx) and claiming to give them money, only goes to show you are the same person. Additionally, post as many bogus emails as you want, due to blocking out all information doesn't prove a thing. I could post a bogus email showing that the president of the United States of America emailed me, and it would prove the same that your post did. Oh, and just so you know, Poppunkmonkey most definitely does NOT dominate the custom minifigure sales. Maybe on eBay (which really just consists of kids who don't know better) but even still, I would say out of all customizers, Poppunkmonkey controls about 3-4% of custom minifigure sales. Adding onto that fact, you stated "The big question is why would a company who makes enough money to hire a Graphic Designer, steal designs?" Because you, as well as all your other alternate identities have stated that you ARE graphic designers, and that you DON'T hire people anymore. And even if you had enough money to hire a graphic designer, it is always cheaper and easier to just steal designs, which it has been proven over many occasions (far too many to count) that you have stolen multiple designs, yet you always delete peoples comments, in hopes that lieing and stuffing your lies under a rug makes it all better. -

Erdathcath composes herself, then speaks up, "Who is the leader? I think we have kinda just worked as a team, which I would be fine with, but it seems more efficient to have a chosen party leader. As for moving on, I am ready, always have been, always will." Erdathcath drinks a Smelling Salt in preparation of the upcoming battle.- 823 replies

Custom Printed Superheroes
The_Customizer replied to The_Customizer's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Thank you, I spent around 10-15 hours designing and perfecting each design you see here. As for secrets of how I made them, there isn't much to it, I have just worked with Inkscape for a very long time now, and it has become a hobby just to see how much more detail I can fit in. Agreed, I forgot that hood was coming out, but perhaps in the future we'll see a Moon Knight with his hood! Yes, the print is actually on the inside of the leg, I did not print these myself, so I am not sure exactly what method is used to do this, but the actual figures look very impressive with the print inside the leg. Indeed, the completely blank white or black belt often throws me off as well when I see it on custom figures, I used to use the same approach, but decided to move onto a more flowing design for the figures, making them look as one piece. Yes, Moon Knight and Fantomex definitely aren't as well known as Deadpool. Moon Knight is, in essence, a white MARVEL version of Batman. He is a billionaire, but also has a lot of street fighting skills, and a similar personality to Batman, except that he has Multiple Personality Disorder, making for some very interesting evidence gathering. Fantomex is more of a character of mystery and deceptions. He also has a thing called E.V.A. who flew out of his mouth when he was younger, and they share a sort of symbiotic relationship. Then obviously the Deadpool outfit is just him when he joined X-Force. There are also X-Force costumes for Psylocke, Wolverine, Cable, Colossus, Domino, Spiral, and quite a few others. As for the printing, I have been in the customizing business for a long time, and know quite a few people who print, or have access to a printer. I believe there have been some discussions on here about where to print and for how much. These I am actually currently selling, and I had them printed in bulk of 50 figures each.- 11 replies

Poppunkmunky on eBay?
The_Customizer replied to KingPixels's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Yes, I see what you are saying. The way I see it, we as customizers take it upon ourselves to create in LEGO form our own version of the character, it is based off of the design by MARVEL, DC, Star Wars, or whatever the character is. However, we do not claim it to be the official version, but rather just our own interpretation of it. While Poppunkmonkey is known to take someone's interpretation of it and duplicate (spot on) and claim it as their own. I would not mind if they did their own versions or interpretations of it, but they don't, they directly steal designs someone has made and use those. -
I recently designed some well-known MARVEL superheroes and had them printed by EclipseGrafx. These are the results. Please let me know what you think! Coming Soon by Lumbrax, on Flickr The characters are as follows X-Force Fantomex (Equipped with his trenchcoat, and 2 pistols from Minifig.Cat) X-Force Deadpool (Equipped with twin katanas, and katana sheath) Moon Knight (Equipped with his cape) Back and Side views Alternate Views by Lumbrax, on Flickr Any feedback on future printing is highly appreciated, thank you!

Poppunkmunky on eBay?
The_Customizer replied to KingPixels's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Sorry for kinda bumping this topic up again, but I just wanted to say a few things. 1. Poppunkmonkey is known to have multiple aliases, a few are: PremiumCustomWork (known on here and Flickr), PremiumGrafx (Flickr, maybe here), BatBrick (Flickr, and here) as well as Poppunkmonkey (eBay). 2. Myself and a few others have tried to prevent them from continuously producing figures with stolen designs, however they have come up with MANY lies and excuses. 3. Therefore, I would highly recommend NOT purchasing anything from them. Their quality printing is OK, however, a majority of their designs were stolen from FineClonier, and a few other lesser known decal artists on here and Flickr. -

"You ask how I am calm? Well in response, I ask why are you so nervous? You have an army of Proggs, who no doubt are far stronger than the average human or elf. If just three of us were able to wipe out a mob of rioters, imagine just how much more you army of proggs could do! All you need to do is quickly organize every male or female Progg old enough and strong enough to fight, equip them with anything you have, bombs, weapons, shields, stones, sticks, pitchforks, swords, hammers, whatever there is in this city, I am sure it can be used to fight. Just gather everything you can, create a safe-house for all the children, as well as anyone not strong enough to fight, give them some guards, and have the rest of the proggs prepare for battle. Not to mention, someone fighting for their city and for their life is FAR more powerful than someone fighting just to remove something from the universe." Erdathcath then turns and speaks to Sarge, "Is there anything we forgot to tell Solon?"- 823 replies

"For a slightly more full report, we traveled to the location where they were expected to arrive. Preparing ourselves for the oncoming onslaught. When they arrived we managed to talk a couple of them out of fighting, convincing them it wasn't worth it, the rest however, stayed and we fought them. We got knocked-out a couple of times, but in the end we were victorious, or so we thought. Someone," Erdathcath looks at Sarge and Em, "accidentally knocked a blue bottle of perfume out of the lady's bag, which brought her back to consciousness. She then pretty much told us her master plan, and set off to bring back an army of demons. And I believe she is going after Aquos Jr. meaning, we are pretty much all guaranteed to be attacked within an short period of time. So how was your morning?"- 823 replies

Erdathcath lifts up a shout of victory, standing to her feet, she notices Siri has awakened due to some odd blue perfume. Before Siri can do anything, she reaches down and picks up the bottle, examining it, then closing the lid. She turns to Siri and demands "Who exactly are you? What is this perfume? And answer me swiftly or I shall shoot you between the eyes."- 823 replies
