  1. Hi, I've been knew to the Sci-fi forum and I really like steampunk. I've been trying to make some mocs and have made one in LDD, Now I'm trying to get parts. What do you think I should improve? Could some one post pictures of their steampunk mocs? Capt.JohnPaul
  2. Ya, every one is saying facts, I was just dyingto get mine in!
  3. Actually, that is not a Spartan Hoplite, look at the sun on his armor, that's a Macedonia symbol. I'd say that what you showed is a Macedonian Pezhetario.
  4. Sorry... I was just wondering...
  5. I couldn't do this, but what if someone made a LIFE SIZE HMS Victory out of Lego? Wouldn't it be funny for the LEGO one right next to real one look so realistic people would go to the lego one and not the real one? It's so funny picturing this in my head!
  6. "I still need to do that grate, or else I can't finish the next gundeck.... my brother (Capt.JohnPaul) says "Of course! That's some ingenious redcoat thinking! Stairs leading to a pit!"..... well I say, "Well, with that grate over it, that's where the little Bluecoats stay after we capture them!" Comments are more than welcome. " What ingenious redcoat thinking! You said it was for bluecoats to walk into, but you just explained to me privately that it is the place where you put REDcoats. Good work though.
  7. Oh, that makes some sense. I can't wait to start. Thanks LuxorV!
  8. Well, for my WWII MOC, I got some helmets from those toystory sets and spray painted some to different colors. I also spray painted the guns. But I want to make more. I saw the tutorial on Minifigcustomizationworkshop.com (is that long name correct???)to make helmets, but that was a mold, what do you pour into the mold. Then I saw something here. If you use oven bake clay, what will it feel like and would it be "LEGO like"??? Capt.JohnPaul
  9. It looks good! Now, (I'm just a paleontology freak so ask me) technically, it is a deinonychusaur. (I think you spell it like that.) There is already a group called raptors.
  10. 2 votes: Captain Blue Hair 1 vote: Admiral Croissant (yes, THE Croissant) 1 vote: General Redwater 1 vote: KingoftheZempk 2 votes: mcfarlandman
  11. First Rule??????? Books are poisoning my brothers mind!!!! It's very disturbing having a list of "rules" on his wall. How is people are stupid a rule? Don't rules mean you follow them? I have trouble following "people are stupid"?
  12. No no no Joey, I already cut your head off, he just didn't want to say that because he cannot admit the truth that bluecoats rule!!!
  13. Even though I'm a blue coat... I like it! Very funny!
  14. Did I already reply to this??? Oh well, I agree video games have nothing to do with it well, maybe agents, (so many 007 things) and James Bond was not made for little 6 year olds to watch.
  15. Hmm... VERY, very creepy indeed... It is very amazing, you did a good job. Final thoughts. Cute: DEMONTED! Good luck taking over the world with/lego city with that demontedly possessed adorable thing!
  16. Don't forget crocodiles in the Swamp Raid set and in 007 (I think live and let die) 007 was being fed to crocodiles in a swamp and he escaped.
  17. My bad, most ships (sloops) have only two. But I guess they can. Sorry for criticizing you.
  18. Or, just say that it's not a sloop and say it's just a really powerful ship. Go bluecoats!
  19. I like it. I would think about one thing, I'm not sure if the LEGO ratlines and the custom string rigging work so well together. But it's not a big deal. I think... And if it is a sloop, it should have two masts, but yours looks so big you need three...
  20. Yes, the humans are defending themselves. Well, since we're brothers, I would know. It's scary having some 4 or 5 year old boy just run up to you in a hotel with no shirt on and talk about all the violent games he plays and the kind of movies he watches. And here is a reply to the reply you made to my comment. I do agree the games like HALO and Rainbow 6 and things like that are fun. But why do we have 4, 5, and 6 year olds playing these games were you kill and do painful things to people, run over people in cars, etc. I was just saying to all the people that don't understand what's going on. At my school, it is disturbing what everyone talks about. I DON'T think LEGO influenced this violence.
  21. That show was cheap! Sun Tzu's flaming arrow should have lit the ground on fire. And how could a spartan beat a ninja?!
  22. Sorry Armenderiz, I'm going with the redcoat. Joey and I already had this debate. Listen what Sun Tzu says: Numbers confer no advantage.
  23. I don't think it might mess up the helmet. I quote LEGO.com "Minifigure can also be detached for play in other environments" That was from the shop. It is an option.
  24. I found some on bricklink which is what, 4 usd cheaper?! http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?itemID=93650 Go to the place (I'll post the url after this) where I bought my plush koopa troopa. It may not have the one you are looking for, but maybe they will update their site. http://www.toywiz.com/blebcomifiac.html Sorry for the double post.
  25. Right here. It may not be cheap, but it's cheaper than getting one in the actual set for 100 dollars USD. http://cgi.ebay.com/LEGO-ATLANTIS-8078-MiniFigure-Lego-8078-NEW-/140422508744?cmd=ViewItem&pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&ha
