D'oh! That was confusing!
On the LEGO shop website it shows close up pictures. I think the third picture of the set you can zoom in on shows minifig close ups. They look like the chinese ones. (As they are yellowish.) It makes sense, 28 minifigs would be pretty expensive, so they use the cheap plastic.
Sorry. I don't have link.
Go to the Historical themes index.
Go to Castle reviews.
Scroll down to Dragon knight's battle pack.
Go to page 2 of the topic.
You can see side by side pictures of Dragon knights on page 2 of the Battle Pack review in the index. The Chinese ones appear more yellowish than normal.
Umm... I know... I guess I didn't make that clear.
I won't be going just for the chess set/ pack, if they don't have them, I have a plan B and a plan C.
I think they are. Probably. The Dragon ones look yellowish, just like the battlepack ones. What a rip-off, 50 bucks for minifigs with no extra quality. Still, it is a better deal than the battle packs.
That's awesome! You are very creative.
Too bad the green raptor doesn't match perfectly with the orc. (If only the dino was a different shade of green.)
I just looked at it on lego.com. That is a great deal. $50 for 28 minifigs, vs. $45 for 15. (3 battle packs) Hopefully they have the chess set in stores when I go.
But I hear women smile more than men. Does that mean BOTH of Doc's figures are women? Does that mean Lion Knight's armies are composed of women Amazonian super soldiers?
Hmm... Amazonian super soldiers.... *scribble scribble.*
Does anyone know the color of the Lion Knight battle pack's minifig arms?
Here: The arms are red.
Here, the arms are gray.
Does anyone know the actual color, and has anyone seen if a few packs are still left in stock?
