  1. My attempt to connect the parts. The Block is 4mm wide and is behind the tooth. The left piece includes the tooth and the right piece will pushed from the back to the front and locked bei the Backwall pieces. When the right piece is on the outside it includes the wall.
  2. Yeah to find a proper way will be hard.
  3. Are you sure? Maybe i find a way to make it in single pieces to allow a backhoe bucket.
  4. Sure! Seen this bucket on Youtube and it is a gorgeous idea.
  5. yeah, it was to much. I decided to use something which is usable on steered axles too.
  6. Steered and unsteered Axles for the planetary hubs. 15 studs between towball to towball. mount the links at the frameside in center between extreme positions https://bricksafe.com/files/efferman/vehicle-axles/planet axle.io
  7. The actual axle is sturdy too, but under high stress like in the vid the planethub seems to move to the outside. To much play in all the pins.
  8. For my zetros and other projects without instruction
  9. with the new diffs this issue does not longer exist.
  10. there is no difference in lightgap
  11. There is no gap. I guess there is enough flex in the complete axle to make it possible for the crossaxle to move outwards.
  12. I have no idea when i dismantled this diff the last time.
  13. Found the error. Second gear from the left. Against this the axlesupport wouldnt help
  14. @Andman, no, they seem to be in perfect condition. @Milan, after reassembling it doesnt happen. The drivetrain stops and after a few seconds the hubs are switching the motors of. i guess after 8minutes of permanent high load it pushes the diff and the 5x7 frame wide enough to slip. Should i be satisfied or using my axlesupports to avoid this?
  15. The inner Bevel gears. The diff spins, but the Crossaxles are jumping. If it is not the inner bevel gear, then the planetary hub.
  16. It seems the new diffs have a bevel gear problem too.
  17. The actual update 2.2.4 (1) makes some problems. it seems all parts from the ldraw library seem to be corrupted in rendering. my selfdesigned customparts seem to work, but the part size is gigantic. this 16 tooth gear is zoomed out to the maximum.
  18. Try this, it has the same size. https://rebrickable.com/users/efferman/mocs/purchases/download/0/12193/70ad9b6207055275c479dc470abb9dd6a58976f8c6474f6cfe3344188eb3ed1f/?expire=1618836464
  19. 4 XL only for driving? never! btw...
  20. Both dimensions are correct. Black chassis? Mercedes uses Novagrau, more or less DBG.
  21. Maybe a Yellow one, but then the tipping angle will be different.
  22. I Iam disabled enough to can not longer do my old job, so why not. But, actually my pension fund gives the ok for an education into an Technical product designer und iam not sure what happens when the job at Lego doesnt work. Some people say i would have the skill but this would be a big jump and risk. Especially in my situation.
