  1. Wow this has really come on alot from last time I saw it (and it was very good then). The autumn colours are neat and a new idea...
  2. Impressive stuff. It was very expensive for the pieces?
  3. Hello and welcome. What toothpast do you use?
  4. I bought a few of these police riot vans I made. Went fine, all came, all pieces present.
  5. I like the yellow bushes in the graveyard the most. Nicely done.
  6. LOL! annoying? how so?
  7. They're great. Now I can do "sex changes" and make many many more female figs:)
  8. Very nice indeed, love the street adverts you have made.
  9. Thanks for the comments guys. There's 1933 minifigs in the stadium. It's not really a MOC is the trad sense of the word as more of a living stadium. Different teams and games will be played in it over time. Stadium is not fully built though and it really a WIP..
  10. Yea I know the ball isn't really like a football but I uses it cos: (a) have been since 1990 (so it is tradition) and more importantly (b) the official TLC balls are way too big (I have a few official footballs but thanks for the offer :) ) Hopefully I'll come across a non-LEGO set somewhere that has a football that is about half the size of the TLC balls. TLC balls are as high as a minifigs waist.. As for the minifigs, those space people are astronauts and the castle people were at a fancy dress contest earlier in the day ;)
  11. The two most (in)famous Legoland football clubs, Legoland FC (the Blues) and Legoland United (the Reds) clashed this evening in the Legoland Derby in front of a record crowd of 1933. Some mini pictures from the meeting of the Old Rule... Some big pictures...
  12. I don't like the new faces :( Save the traditional smiley!! the alternative faces of 1990s were ok though.
  13. Thanks for these suggestions. As I said I had an idea for the goals but it may not work... Basically it is to use white fences such as those shown in the foreground of this picture. However I am not sure I am bothered to even try as I don't have much time. I'm definitely won't be using the goals that come with offical LEGO football sets as I like square looking goals rather than water polo/ice hockey goals which the official ones look like. i.e. I like this style, as opposed to this .. (LEGO's version's like this) I think the idea about using an iPod or some similar device for a Screen is an easier one for me to do. I will try and integrate my Cannon camera so the screen shows - have to first check that the screen stays on long enough without the need of buttons being pressed.. Well I hope to get somewhere between 1500 and 2000 for this weekend's "Legoland Derby" between LFC and Legoland United as it is the league's showpiece fixture. Well it isn't a seating stadium that's true, I guess it's old-style terracing, common in many nations but banned in many competitions such as those run by UEFA and FIFA due to considered dangers. Here are some pics with fans in a terraced Lego stadium. I think they fit in fine.
  14. Thanks, Those are good ideas. I don't have an Ipod but I might be able to use my cameras viewing screen.. I'll give it a try and see what the result is. I had an idea with the goals but didnt have time. Was going to use those white fences with the small honeycomb holes as they look like nets. Only problem is that I have used them in buildings but I might swap them out soon and see if they'd look good as goals. Thanks for the ideas again guys
  15. Hi, I though I'd share some updated pictures of my new stadium, still it is not completed but there is not too much to do on the "inside". Most of the remaining work will be the detail on the outside such as changing rooms and turnstiles and so on. Pictures during the build are available here. More pics will be available here soon.
  16. But why would a mafioso drive a Smart? They don't go fast or for long. You have environmental conscience mafiosos?
  17. Well i really HATE fleshies, so I like to see them get whacked! edit: even more than reality TV
  18. According to Wikipedia New Ross appears to have 3 sister towns, Hartford, Connecticut, USA, Moncoutant, Poitou-Charentes, France, and Newcastle, County Down, Nth Ireland. Perhaps you should write to the mayors of the 2 New Ross's and sort this scandal out!
  19. Found this on a Polish site.
  20. Well I'm glad you liked it guys. I had too much free time on my hands yesterday! It be great if you took over a team, Legoland Town are available if interested! With 2 games gone to the season they're doing OK Minifig trafficing LOL
  21. I love this. So who ransacked it in the first place?
  22. PF? what's that?
  23. Well Rriggs that train is fantastic. Reminds me of a South Eastern Hornby train I have. Well you need to encourage her family to retire here so :)
