The theme with this was to build at least three scenes on an 8x8 footprint that were all connected. I ended up doing Women of DC Comics. Not at all sure that I like your Ares combo, but the rest of the creation is great! The crooked courtyard stones sells it.

One thing I've noticed with USC Ships lately, is that they come with 5 figures at most. I would expect this set to not have many figures at all. Still undecided if I'll be getting this or not though.

Got mine open and wow, he looks so much better than the orange suited version. I've got an extra for sale in my BL store if anyone is interested.

So first of all, I want to thank you Zeph for hosting another wonderful quest and for picking me as one of the heroes. On the quest overall: I enjoyed it. I thought it was going to be much shorter than it was, but it is what it is. The PM side quests at the beginning were a highlight of the quest for me. I was rather peeved because of the battle where we basically fought the same people two (three?) times in a row. (And those battles progressed very slowly.) On my fellow quest-mates: I think we had a nice party dynamic, that I didn't use as much as I probably should have. I really did like the argument we had after the final battle and wish I could have done that more often with you guys, with three elves on the quest we could have had some interesting conversations. My personal opinion on battles is there's not enough time for banter in battles. On a player level, I'm not great at strategy, unless it's throwing nostrums and smelling salts at the battle, which works well most of the time, but is also not the cheapest strategy. I will admit that I didn't reply when I should have and then we I finally got to replying I felt that I had missed the opportunity to have a say in those questions. I will agree that I am not as into the character as I have been. I suspect it's having been this one class for almost two years now. Though that could just be me.

Alexis walks into the hall after her week away. Then heads up stairs and takes up her seat in the bar.

"Sorry Nerwen, I already have a deal to sell the axe to someone else. If only you had asked me sooner."

Got the two smallest sets for my birthday last week. I really like the set with Elrond and Galadriel. Heck even my parents like Galadriel. Still haven't hooked either up with their respective older sets.

"You're welcome." Alexis feels the power flow into her. "I thank you for your gifts." Alexis throws her hands up in exasperation. She ignores Matthias' comment.

"So it's my fault you chose the loosing side?"

"I left you to make your own choice. It was no business of mine to make it for you."

"So? I failed the quest, it's not something I'm unaccustomed to. It was right in my eyes, I feel quite happy with my choices." Alexis pauses. "Even if it costs me some friends."

Alexis wipes her fan clean as she says, "And that is how you win a battle."
