You might be right that things will settle down and Formula1 will survive. The question is "How?" If this is the end for Renault, Ferrari and Toyota, then where's the fun? GP2 is boring andI'd hate to see F1 turn into that US type of racing where it's all about commericals. It's enough having 2 Red Bull teams - they're doing well, but that's not the issue. I want F1 to be the 'real' car companies and not some random company selling cigarettes or boats. If F1 changes into being a 26 racers championship with no heart, then it's dead for good. The FIA did add 10 million pounds to the gap, but 40 millions pounds isn't nearly enough compared to what they've spend in the previous years. Renault has already said that they'd like to have a gap, but not one that's so fiercly enforced. They asked for a lowering each year for 5 or 6 years to come - that way everyone should be able to reduce their budgets slowly and in a fair manner. Meh! I hope this wont cloud the upcoming race in Monte Carlo
