  1. Hehe heh... I am finally on the qaurter deck of your ship, and what a wonderful ship it is! And in other news, I just go back from Walt Disney World, and I went to the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. I got the sound track (I allways need more piratical music to inspire me) I might be able to post the sound track's music here.
  2. Rodger, its a stereotype that girls MUST have long hair and guys MUST have short hair. Most of the high-ranking men in my colony have long hair for status, only lowly peasants and black smiths must have short hair. In fact, when my 6-7 year old cousins come over, they call all the men with long hair 'girly', so I spite them by giving all the upper-class-men moustaches and long hair, so there. Also, if I'm not misaken, notorious female pirates Mary Read and Anne Boney cut their hair short even when Calico Jack Rackham knew they were women.
  3. Same with me, but i wasn't a city, it was a military base itself... It was Fort Victoria's last pictured incarnation (Check my Brickshelf in my sig for pics). And it was a stupid naeigbor kid... luckily, All the troops were on the old Sabre for a test on how big it should be. I was busy, looked back, and every thing was gone, except for the Eldorado Fortress grafed on... it sucked... Now No one can touch my Lego models unless I give them express writen consent and they fill out the appropriate files in triplicate form. After wait a week for processing, they must resign the user-code, then send it back for another week of processing, then they can touch my Lego, but only under my supervision.
  4. Um... Exscuse me but in the example image in the first post the flared helmet is green and the bullet is purple. Are they immiations or are they special peices only avalible in billund?
  5. It is Mr.T (Snickers under breath because of A-Team reference). The head is used on the maidens, and Mr.P, the first castle female was with the 1982(?) Knights joust set.
  6. Ahhh... this brings back memories of when I was little and played with wooden trains (Thomas and friends) :'-) . But when I matured out of it and into Lego I abandoned trains because I suck a building them :-P
  7. Well Bones-apart I see that they are allmost the same, look: It looks like they just recoloured the Constitution and it's flags...
  8. Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me. We pillage, we plunder, we rifle, and loot, Drink up, me 'earties, yo ho. We kidnap and ravage and don't give a hoot, Drink up me 'earties, yo ho. Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me. We extort, we pilfer, we filch, and sack, Drink up, me 'earties, yo ho. Maraud and embezzle, and even high-jack, Drink up, me 'earties, yo ho. Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me. We kindle and char, inflame and ignite, Drink up, me 'earties, yo ho. We burn up the city, we're really a fright, Drink up, me 'earties, yo ho. We're rascals, scoundrels, villans, and knaves, Drink up, me 'earties, yo ho. We're devils and black sheep, really bad eggs, Drink up, me 'earties, yo ho. Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me. We're beggars and blighters, ne'er-do-well cads, Drink up, me 'earties, yo ho. Aye, but we're loved by our mommies and dads, Drink up, me 'earties, yo ho. -Pirates of the Caribbean I hope your birthday is full of drinking rum with your wenches and ransacking coastal towns! :-P
  9. So soes that mean that the peices are a little different, or do you just need the parts for something?
  10. No... Maybe not WWII but modern anyways, and I mean the pic of the hull below, because the ships were gray above the waterline, and red under the water line... And when did I last get into the Rum? We have Rum here?
  11. Well, I know that Dacta is Lego's educational or school products, but why are the figures and sets labeled differently than regular figures or sets? Wouldn't they be compatable? Or is there something special about the bricks or figures? If someone could explain to me better it would be very appreciated. Thanks in advance!
  12. Let me think... I *Think* it was Star Wars (Not sure which one) set that I found in a privately owned toy store on a trip to Panama...
  13. Add a couple of base plates with walls to the garrison and stockade buildings I would think...
  14. Oh Dear God, a WWII cliche...
  15. Now I'm going to generalize: You're saying a rational, collage educated adult can actully put up with that garbage? And buy it to? Dear lord, no one has any respect for themselves anymore :-|
  16. Touche oo7. At least you can understand it, also, isn't that the old english spelling?
  17. THEY MAKE THOSE? ;-) Anyways, if really it it with a champange bottle, you would be very unhappy with the new 'Christening' ;-) Though you could suck all the champange off every Brick before re-assembly.
  18. I think that Ecto is trying to point out how wacky the story line is. Seriously, thats what killed my love for the original Bionicle, (Yes I loved bionicle when it was in it's first two waves, but after that, it just got way too wacky for me.) Now, because I don't really follow up on bionicle's story or whatever, I hardly know what I'm talking about here, so just bear with me. Bionicle's story line has to many repedative plot themes: The original toas mutate, then the continent where they live mysteriously and entirely changes, including it's name, then they they mutate *Again*. Then it repeats it's self. Then every time they have different colored monsters to defeat. The Borahk, the Visorak, all te same old crap over and over again! It was only original in the begining, when it was new, fresh, a whole new thing for Lego, because before, none of the sets had actuall stories to them (maybe pirates, but only slightly...) Well, I think the theme dosn't have much run time left because of the repedative story. It needs to be refreshed. How? I have absolutly no idea. When? Hopefully soon, or else Lego will have to stop making it, or sell the thing to Megabloks, because if they keep pumping money into this cess-pool of products, the other (System) thems will suffer because of it. And having schoolstic make childrens books wasn't so smart either. You're selling to kids who probably don't even know what a Lego brick is yet. They just want it becuause of the pictures most likely.
  19. No it should be history, because there is no Lego involved with it therefore it can't be lego pirates, so It shuld be history and adventure.
  20. Ok... What does this have do with my Viking setup or Bella?
  21. Well, scince Napoleon Bonaparte didn't do anything interesting after he was exiled (except be debated over wether he died of arsenic poisoning or stomach cancer), they had to do something that only Napoleon Dynamite would do. (Was Napoleon Dynamite even released in Australia? I think it wasn't because it was an independant film but I could be wrong...)
  22. Other than being traditional, why would you smash a champagne bottle on your legos? They'd get very wet, and smell of alchahol ;-).
  23. I said I felt awkward because you asked me to do something I don't normally (or ever) do... But anyways, lets not get off topic.
  24. Maybe, but it was MR.PHES that made the original provacative comment was it not? So, in theory, I don't have a dirty mind for responding to a dirty joke the way I did... But lets not get off topic on this wonderfull little model we have here.
  25. "We should attack them or something. You could be Emperor maybe. As long as they have my mule" "Sweet." A funny video from Robot Chicken, with a Mix of Napoleon Bonaprate and Napoleon Dynamite. Enjoy! The Movie
