  1. Well, on my last week of school, I was brooding on what to do in stuy hall. In essentials, it's the East India Co. against the Pirate Brethren of the coast. Like the Tie Army, you get promoted. When you join you start as Marines for the RN and EIC, and Pirates for thr BoC and BC. Here are the ranks I propose: The East India Co. and Royal Navy are seperate factions, but help each other. East India Co.: EIC Marine, Captain, Privateer, and Offical, and Lord Chairman (East India Co. Leader). Royal Navy: Royal Marine, Captain, Commodre, Admiral, and Lord Admiral (The Royal Navy Leader) The Bretheren of the Coast and the Barbary Crosairs are sperate factions, but help each other. They have the same ranks. Brethern/Barbary: Pirate, Captain, Pirate Lord, Pirate King (Leader of the Bretheren/Barbary) Every one above the rank of Commodore and Pirate Lord have their own Flagships. As proposing these rules I request to be Lord Admiral of the Royal Navy and to have the Endeavor as my Flagship when the game starts.
  2. Ah, I'm still missing out on the fun. After all, I have your sig-fig living in Fort Victoria, and Phred is there to. Some pirate nobody, named "Turtle" is there, but I'M NOT? What is the Order of the Mid-Western Bretheren (OMWB) coming to? :-|| ;-)
  3. Yes, it is. Being a prostitute is considered a legitimate proffesion in Las Vegas and in most down-town areas.
  4. Pretty Good, but there needs to be some more expresion on the eyes. HHHHMMM... The tellytubbies thing was pretty funny, escpecially the scene after the end ;-)
  5. Not really, I sometimes go outside the lines when filling in, so I just leave it if it is fine when resized. I only change it when it needs to be.
  6. It's not a problem. I resized them, and they are not visible through the sash when resized. Also, I tried my hand at the 50th Regiment, or Queen's Regiment: Here is the template I made for them: The officer: Infantry: Greneders: Note: Anything visible through something else is not visible once resized!
  7. Here are my latest. I recreation of the lego Civil War Soldier, but without empuletes painted on, and no "US" logo on the belt. Also, here is the modified version for Hussars (Austrian?) Comments, critisom, and requests are welcome.
  8. Weeeeell, I just quessed. But I guess NateLite (Hhhmmm... Is that a type of alchahol?) proved that I was rather close, but not exactly on target.
  9. Thanks PSP guy. And to oo7, I took your advice, but instad of my previous avatar I put in a animated gif of Thurl Ravenscroft as Uncle Theodore the Singing Bust (in the ride, he's the broken bust. The reason for this is because the symytry of the bust's base was off, so the broke it so people wouldn't notice.)
  10. HHHMMM... I like the looks of the fortress. But I must say, the Black Pearl is horendusly out of scale :-X in comparison to the BSB. I mean, those lanterns and the F'o'castle are HUGE! Still like the fortress...
  11. Well, I'll try that, but I've temperarilly moved Master Gracey to my signature so you can see his "Disquieting Metamrphasis" EDit: It works, but I think I'll leave my sig for a while, because they are changing in unison, which is cool!
  12. HHmmm... I don't see it still. As for the BrickShelf question, do you mean that's where I found it? NO. I found it on a website about the Haunted Mansion at Disney World, which fetaures this changing portrait of Master Gracey above the fireplace in the foyer. I saved it, an uploaded it to PhotoBucket.
  13. Teach sailed with Queen Anne's Revenge. It was originaly a French merchant named The Concorde, but he captured it, cut down the forcastle to make more room for guns, and made it a 44 gun frigate.
  14. *AHEM* Well, today I was going to temperarily change my avatar from this: to this: The problem being that my normal, Norington avatar did not change over to Master Gracey avatar, but just took on the shape and size of Master Gracey. I've tried multiple times, and I allways get the same result: My avtar only changes shape. This can be seen in my avatar at current. Any help would be appreciated.
  15. Waiting for orders, Lord *vader*
  16. Ah, Sir Steve, you have saved me the trouble of making a decal for the Captain of the Wicked Wench from the PotC ride! I have pictures of him, and get what his jecket looks like, but his beard covered up most of it! Unfortunatley, he is lost to the ages (temperarily, I hope), because they repleced him with Barabossa :-|| I hope they get rid of all the PotC movie references when the movies are no longer popular...
  17. AHEM... Not sure how to go about this exactly, but I would like to join the glorious Imperial Army. I havn't the time to read this 240-something page thread, so could somebody fill me in? Once that happens I will await orders, most gracious, powerful, and merciful Lord *vader*
  18. Both, I'd guess
  19. Yes, I do have a very sexy hat. On a more serious note, perhaps I'll try and find a real picture of myself. I think I have a few, but they are from a couple of years ago.
  20. Here are some fun facts about Disney's Haunted Mansion attraction! 1) In the ride, the Ghost Host mentions that "We have 999 Happy Haunts here (...)", and the ironwork on the mansions are shaped like people! Guess how many there are? 999, one for each Happy Haunt in the Mansion. Edit: For those of you who care, here is a rendering of the Mansion's ironwork: 2) In the WDW version of the Mansion, the exterior of the building has chess peices hidden in it! Like the chimneys are rooks, etc. The only peice not represented is a knight, which is because it's all ways "knight" in the Mansion. Get it? 3) The singing busts have the visages of the real people who sung the song, "Grim Grinning Ghosts". The lead singer and broken bust in the song is Thurl Ravenscroft, who also was the voice of Tony the Tiger, and sang "Yo-Ho a Pirate's life for me in PotC and did afew voices in the attraction. 3) There are actual ghosts that haunt the mansion. One such ghost is an elderly man with a cane. He haunts to Mansion in WDW, and is the ghost of a pilot who crashed his plane in the1940s around the marshes where the Mansion would be built. In the DL version, there is a child who's ashes were spread by his mother in the attic part of the mansion. He is seen crying near the exit (he probably wanted to be in PotC ;-) ) and there is a man in a tuxedo near the unload point. Here are some fun facts about Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean attraction! 1) The current Auctioneer animitronic used to be in "Great Moments with Mr.Lincholn", but he was replaced and moved to PotC. Think about, good ol' Honest Abe auctioning off wenches... disturbing thought 8-| 2) The original (1960s) Auctioneer animatronic was a test figure, so many improvements to the figures were tested on him first, making him the most realistic audio animatronic in DL. 3) The Captain of The Wicked Wench is loosley based on Black Beard. 4) PotC (as well as the Haunted Mansion) were planned as walk-through attractions, but this idea was abandoned after *GASP* It's a Small World 8-
  21. I havn't read those books for about 2 years, but reading a bit from them on by book shelf, the only set I'd really want is Fowl Manor because it can be used for things other than sci-fi and fantasy.
  22. Yes it looks to be old grey. The ships are the same! Structrely at least...
  23. The Pirate Wench for me. But seriously Athos, you knw that "We want the Red'ead!" ;-)
  24. Perhaps we could do a thread like that again but with new rules that prohibit the use of steam-punks.
