I like small ships too, and I have a couple designed. There is only one thing I don't like about ships this size, and it is that if mini-figures were to represent real people, this would be a very small boat. In relation to the lego pirate ships, like BSB, it is a reasonable size. But if you look at some of the huge lego ships, which actually would be about the right size for minifigures, ships like this one would be a rowboat.

This is a small ship I designed in LDD. It is a cutter, and it is named Captain's Fall because the captain fell off the boat, and got his leg eaten by a shark. This is minifig scale, but since I haven't bought it yet, there are no mini figs. This is the ship this is one of the custom cannons that will be on the deck (there will be two) Here is what it should look like (sort of lol) when I buy it and put sails on.
