Oh it has that li'l droid of stormies -not a good reason to buy this- i do have original Mos Eisley cantina and it has cooler version of the speeder a violet one almost identical- also the figs- new 3po looks too dark and new r2 i have (and i like the old one better ) then there is Luke and Ben as fleshies no needed - useless set for me but not for all so it's ok Hey i have those engines as well from Ahsokas fighter and old version of this and windshield is similar to the boats of Venice Chase- i can build this -without this ironic- only fleshie Obi-Wan is needed- but almost 30 € no way he can be classic yellow It was dumb that senatecommandos had clone heads and closed helmet- now the helmet cannot be used for the commadoleaders who have open helmets- if commandos would have black heads instead and open helmet i just might have bought that Venator now it is the most terrible licenced ever- 150€ from one Palpy some clones and poorly done commados- they aren't clones anyway...

Nice one- lego should definitely do more sw-aliens at least Quarren, Ithorian, Aqualish and Gran but that spacepolice guy actually suits there- nice job

I am gonna use Johnny thunder hat it is not symmetrical but accurate enough- better than fedora- btw did you have a pic from that widebrimmed castle hat- not a wizardhat i hope Yeah but now all pilots are Zevs At least Barris is on Geonosis- that pic was probably just taken of from the Lukes landspeeder set's image- by someone who didn't know- or didn't care what it is -as long as it is Star Wars

I didn't have unlimited imagination as kid - and still i am building legos and i need Jack Sparrow he is impossible to customize well- and legos are mostly marketed to children so your point was no new at all- it is because some people make mistake to think that they are toys Meg***oks are toys no lego It is like Star Wars or Indiana Jones- or old piratemovies- it is not kids movie but it is mainly for us adults who have children's mind - still children loves it and it is used for toys like Sw or indy- there is meg***oks theme from potc but i think it is worth of legoizing as well- strangely enough there were spiderman legos but spidey licence was sold to the meg***oks (Sencorising this seems to be inside joke here ) didn't spidey legos sold well?

Master and commander- just watched some scenes of it minutes ago- it is a nice movie- but it lacks music and interesting characters Russel Crowe is ok as Lucky Jack and doctor is nice addition to the crew but bit boring as the movie was also but it has very realistic feeling setting and some funny jokes to made it to be little bit less serious but still i like the Hornblower better- i like both real and fantasy stuff or mixed stuff like potc- actually it has pretty autenthic looking pirates (except boogeymen )

I don't have any version of them and they are coolest bad guys along with Vader and Maul ( i do have them at least ) Bane is nice but little bit western/Indiana Jones cliché... Nuvo Vindi was nice i would like to see him returning in cw- there is place for mad scientist in cw and that would make some stories bit different. There were pefect place for Padmé in separatist shuttle but no- they put Onaconda Farr instead (?????????????????????? ) at least Nute finally appeared- that made my year 2009

Unfortunately they are so different- Luminara has a green skin, strikingly blue eyes and tattoos in her chin. Barris is almost yellow and has tattoos over her nose although her eyes are blue as well- nice to see her in Clone Wars too there were no time for her in the movies and female jedi are quite hot ummm.... yeah nice to see her and speaking of jediwomen i would like to see Shaak Ti in cw as well -she is probably not used yet since dumb viewers would confuse her with Ahsoka - but Shaak is much cooler since she is master, less irritating and better looking with much larger...lekkus yes that it is Also some human female can be used all cw-era jedi seems to be nearhuman or "alien"

I have Lando from Jabba's sailbarge- and i'm not going to get any huge Slave 1 just because there is boba with printed legs and i think that there is not such thing -just thinking so... But i need Palpatine and Grievous and i hope that rumours of both Palpys shuttle and new Grievous in his fighter are truth- awesomeness- now it is need for Cad Bne and Flesh Padmé- what heck lego have against Padmé she haven't appeared since 1999!

No -it is clearly her padawan Barris Offee- blue saber and different hood plus yellow skin everything match with Barris and she is seen in the second season of cw along with Ahsoka- but i hope they will do Cw-version of Luminara as well with that old hood part from wookiee catamaran.

Actually it is preliminary- those look like fakes before they are- but actually they are fakes only because actual sets are under construction- It definitely looks like Barris- she is seen in the second season of Clone Wars- reason Why she is yellow is that she is! She is Mirialan with yellowish green skin so of course she is yellow- is that would be a fake - picture wouldn't pronbably be so blurry also the set number is logic and that propellor balde are part of new Atlantis line so it would be probably used in 2010 sets too- i believe this is real but clone may be phase 1 instead in the final version- even though this can also be from ep3 as well (although Barris is edited away from ROTS) there is rumours of Palpatines shuttle that can be from ep3 as well

Nice colorscheme is very classic (white/red/yellow) still i like more using the realistic colors like tan and gray instead of yellow it looks too striking in stone walls- still i like the little details- like those pirates who are shooting there and all- still confusing is that there are both blue and red flags- i'm not these classic soldier fans who seem to like either only blue or only red guys but still would be better to use only one type of soldiers and symbols - i prefer historical nations and actually blue are like french and red like english but name of port is spanish (???) Imperial armada line is like spanish but now i'm really confused which nations port this is supposed to be

I'm tired of these "truths" that classicpiratefreaks try to feed us all - it is true that lego as all companies needs money and licensed sets are more expensive- because they have specific parts and figures for copying scenes of the movie- so actually it is ok that they are more expensive because they have just the specific parts made for that set! Interesting thing is that there is no that kind of topic in the Mocpages or another legosite with no agelimit- you may think that is because of those kiddies who love the potc but no -it is because here are mostly those adult legofreaks that use most of their money to buy new legos (like me ) and truth is that no it is not possible to buy massive amout of potc sets to get enough parts for some very big classicpirate creation- at least i have many good parts but for making good Potc creations- but i need minifigs and since i am scrappy customizer i would like to see (and buy ) official potc-sets to get figs and perfect parts for better versions of the sets so welcome Lego potc if you are coming! Those who don't like it -just don't buy them- so simple- problem solved- stop mocking potc

Hated it!?- don't want to be rude but there is either something very wrong with you or then we talk about the different movie Not really i just wonder how can anyone hate so good movies :pir-skull: Only good pirate movies besides potc are Captain Blood (the old one with Flynn), Against all Flags and Cutthroat island- it was a huge flop though but i like it- not a masterpiece but nice adventure- though the ships look horrible in that movie . Then Blackbeard terror of the High seas/ real pirate of the caribbean was also very well done movie with James Purefoy- (not that bad one with Angus Macfadyen) Didn't like the Crimson pirate- looking shirtless sweaty man all the time made me sick - Seahawk was boring- full of pure fiction and anachronisms (Curse of every pirate movie- 17th century ships were not steered by the wheel and pirates never played concertina and in the 16th century there were no flintlocks, no telescopes not even rum all probably appear in the Seahawk ) Old Blackbeardmovie with overpiratey Newton was also full of fiction - Henry Morgan chasing Blackbeard???? That guy was long dead. "Anne of the indies" is bad as well- not to mention poorly done Black Swan From another seamovies best can be TV-series- version of Hornblower with Ioan Gruffud- liked that one a lot- Master and commander was boring but realistic and well done.

Like the spears and crossbows? Surprisingly enough many of them were still in use at least by pirate who used anything they can have in their hands

Windows? Well i use official legowindows that i have and none of them is seen in this pic- still thanks for a comment. This is actually loosely based on the pirate gunsmithy from the old pirate movie classic "Against all flags" 1952 Oh that was not meaning but it is because of tan stairs i believe- checkout my link if you want to see more- there is blacksmith's full equipment back thee- Forge,bellows,anvil and grindstone....

First of all legos are always expensive of course licenced are more but thay also have best possible parts for making movie scenes in lego one of my favourite hobbies is legoizing things as well as creating new ones so i would like to have both- but poll is kinda funny in Classic pirates- everyone here wants classic pirates to stay- it is like asking pirates or ninjas here? Ninjas are cool but pirates for the win! - Comrades of Jack Sparrow or yellow guys as well but maybe lego should bring Ninjas back too i never get any

That would be epic fail- cw-figs look so bad -only Ahsoka and clones look a bit like characters themself - and Mace Windu is ok because i don't have the old better one At least the upcoming Prince of Persia -line looks excellent -i am going to buy at least that set with camels
