    MOC: CCBS Gadunka

Gadunka is one of my favorite sets of all time, and this is a great representation of him! I'd never thought of Gadunka as a clam-like being before, very cool. I think he might look better with trans-apple eyes instead of trans-red, but the overall construction of the face - built from scratch but recognizable - is most impressive.

    Hero Factory 2013

The Brain Attack sets are the first ball-and-socket based action figures Lego's made that I've liked absolutely none of. Yawn. Breez comes close to being interesting, but meh. I think I'll skip all these guys unless summer reveals something more interesting than Aquagon, Evo and Jet Rocka (have any of the other sets been revealed?).

    Favorite G1 Bionicle Set?

Gadunka, Cahdok and Gahdok, and original Pohatu were the coolest sets in my book.

    Evo Section

I thought the point was Evo's line was hilariously formal sounding. These are just random phrases inserted into Evo's text bubble. ?

Very nice. I especially like the shoulders and the connection of the hind legs. Of course, the Tohunga arm is always nice to see.

@ expensive Splitface: I thought that was just a mistake at my Target. I wonder if it rings up as $20 at the register? If so that is ridiculous.

    MOC: Toxic Hulk

Good idea, putting the cladding in the armpits of the Ben 10 torso. Nice nearly-pure HF build all around.

    Speeda Demon

If you look closely you can see the armor detail piece that was introduced with the fire villains on his chest.

    Hero Factory 2012

Interesting. I see it in only two sets and they seem to be the same color. I'd ask if it were coming out in other series/lines later, but you wouldn't be able to answer. XP - On Stormer's ankles, what is that piece the new "sturdifying" socket as introduced in the Superheroes connects to? I don't recognize it.

Look good. Just a few things of note. Stormer's feet are... odd. I'd like to see them at a different angle but I don't see the piece used in anything else. Stormer's blade is also confirmed to just be two blades - like Batman's/Breez's - connected with a cam. I can't tell what piece is armoring Speeda's torso... Interesting new cladding detail on Stringer's shoulders. blarg too much black phantom head

As excited as I'd be to see earth blue make an appearance in Hero Factory, I wonder could Front possibly mean Stringer is some shade of azure? Eh?

I don't have LDD. Can you post just a regular image, like a .jpg or .png? Do you know how to take screenshots?

    Review: 6227 Breez

Breez has been my favorite from this wave since I first it. She still is, I think. Thanks for the review, I've been eager to see if she looked as good in-hand. I want to get her and Thornraxx ASAP.

    Hero Factory 2012

Could someone with Breez take a shot of her with the narrower torso, please?

    Hero Factory 2012

Yes, Witch Doctor was the first to forgo the torso bone. Still, Thornraxx is notable for being the first "canister" set to not use the standard body piece since... The Barraki?
