Disneyland Paris: Star Wars Park Video

Most babyish music ever. I would go as far as saying it's... annoying though! Looks like you REALLY enjoyed the Mad Hatter's cups and Dumbo - again, I would fit in the Dumbo ride comfortably. I DO really like those cups though. I love spiining myself senseless and it's as if I've been hammered (That really ios how fast I make it go! )

Star Wars TFU Ultimate Sith Edition

Just so you know at first, I already use a website about ps3 trophies and I like to compete with my mates (real life over the internet, not just random people I've never met). Plus, this is good news because I only got to the scrapyard planet on a hard difficulty, so I look forward to doing it again, plus MOST of the story (brand new to me).

Star Wars TFU Ultimate Sith Edition

As good as it would seem, it's pointless to buy this game brand new for £40 if you still have the old games. You are only paying for a few extra levels and I don't think that is worth £40, when I already have the basic game. That reminds me - I haven't completed it yet ! PS: There had better be an update for trophies on the orginal TFU PS3 disk, because apparently trophies are for this edition.

    Top Gear Uk

No, the bbc.co.uk website should be accessible if you type in the correct web address and you will be able to use the bbc iplayer (bbc youtube) to watch high quality non-amateur vids which stay on the website for a long time without being deleted. I would just like to hear from one of you to see if it works. My fave part of the last show was the Majorca rally. The co-drivers were such a funny idea and Captain Slow actually won! (although Jez let him)

    Top Gear Uk

Go to www.bbc.co.uk and use a link or search for bbc iplayer on the site. Using this feature you can watch back programmes on bbc (such as Top Gear) which you have missed.

    New LEGO stores in US

All these new stores... (it would be a wub, but no such luck in the Uk) I expect the Birmingham you are referring to Jordan, is a one that's in the US. Shame. I suppose even if there was one in (UK) Birmingham it would STILL just add to the Lego Uk stores which are at least 4 hours drives away Maybe TLG will announce a new Uk store soon! (preferably in the South West, not North or East)

    Happy Birthday Joey Lock!

Hope you have (had) a happy birthday Joey Lock. I couldn't care two hoots what TYPE of Pirate soldier you got, but I hope it was all good and what you wanted. I personally like a combination of Lego, PS3 game and a little money on my birthday

Imagine Yourself as a Lego Set Designer.

I would agree to work on anything of the action and adventure element (except Bionicle (sorry guys, it's a marmite theme)). I also would not really design City, creator or tehcnic, because they don't really interest me. If anything I would like to push the boundaries and have a minifig action theme aimed at 10-16 year olds.

    The Official Penny Presser Club!

My elongated coins only come from the Uk, because I never seem to get to a pressing machine on holiday. My collection ranges from a shopping centre (mall), to a non-Lego theme park, a naval museum and of course one from Legoland. I have more too, but I also have non-elongated souvenir coins ( D-Day Normandy beaches, and Disneyland )

    Yo!

Welcome to EB, and I think you'll find a few other members from Texas on the site. Your customs are superb, especially the clone and castle customs. Keep up the good work! Maybe you could give us some previews of your customs in the minifig customisation workshop

    Review: Hyperspeed Pursuit 5973

I was just looking back on this thread to see how popular is has turned out to be. Roughly... A Half of the people in this thread rate Hyperspeed Pursuit as high as possible (5/5) A third of the people in this thread then also gave 4/5 still as a very good score I am very pleased with both the response the the set's amazing design (which TLG can take in if they view this site), and also my reviewing skills. Thanks everyone for the amazing response

    LEGO Sci-Fi Index - Discussion

I just checked the index for Space Police III 2009 reviews because I missed out reading the Galactic Enforcer one in full. Unfortunately there are only the four smallest sets that were reviewed ages ago on the index. Were the acceptable reviews going to be added soon? I also wondered if my Hyperspeed Pursuit Review might be in the updated index, but that's just nitpicking. I would just like an easier way to see the newer reviews of bigger Space Police sets without searching for them. Thanks

Excellent news. No Space Police though. Still, I might get some Indy or Star Wars sets from Argos

    Set Review: 5980 Squidman's Pitstop

My computer takes and age to load up thos masive, blurry pics, but there are enough to see the sets main details and of course your comments. As much as I would like to buy this set, I already have ALL the characters in it so would only then be buying for pieces - which is okay, but not amazing for £29.99

You know you are a fan of Lego when...

... when you see a set you clearly don't have enough cash for - then go on a spending spree! (By the way guys, I don't know if the MODs will feel the same way about this, but there has been other mass post threads shut down) (The picture wars thread where you had to beat each other by posting pics was cancelled, but this might not as it is more relevant to Lego)

    Disney and Lego Join Forces

I'm merely keen to find out at some point which charcters are in the same sets together. (Prince of Persia) I would love to see one of those new turban guys on the camel - just perfect Arabian theme! Before I saw these pics, I thought Prince of Persia was a video game, not a film (must be quite old now!) PoP sums up my dreams of middle Eastern minifigs As for Toy Story... (but don't get me wrong, I think kids will love it with all those characters!)

    [MOC] Mustafar duel

The arms and binocular eyes for the robot are perfect and is is even about the right size in comparison to the minifigs and the film. As for the floating platform - I cannot see where it is connected and that is good. The combination of tiles, 1x1 disks and vents makes the platform just like the 'real' thing. I also like the fact that you used chrome sabers. Good job - great action vig

LEGO Star Wars 2009 Sets and Rumours

What's wrong with you guys? Max told you to keep it a secret Whatever this set is, I wager it will not have much brand new content, but I do want Phase II troopers (even though I bought about 10-15 battlepacks of Phase II in 2007)

    The Rancor is Free!

Wonderful idea YG-49! A lot of people are right in this thread - TLG should make a Rancor because otherwise I have no sigfig. The mouth looks just right - perhaps more teeth if you have them. I really love the chains. And I think people should accept that the model won't easily stand up with a hunch, even if it was perfect then.

    UK Sales

Ah, so here's some highlights for people who might have that DON'T live near a S @ H. 1. 23rd June is when TLG release their own Battles game in the stores (and hopefully online) 2. 24th June is when the Summer sale @ stores start (i also hope online) 3. 1st July is when the Lego Board games AND the Grand Carousel are released. 4. 6th-8th July is a sale of 50% off the Rogue shadow (still not worth it ) 5. All of July, it seems that purchases over £60 earn you the gold minifig keychain. I'm interested for the gold keychain and a proposed sale, but not really the other news.

Disneyland Paris: Star Wars Park Video

He He. I can't even fit in one of those Space Racers properly - I'm too tall. I was a good ride when I was younger though, but the queues are horrific (good thing you went in the evening). For your other latest vid, I've never actually seen that ghost on the organ, but I'll have a look when I go again. The ghost doesn't really have the blueish white tint of the ghosts from the Wild West area's haunted house ride though. I don't reall think many, if any of the characters in The League film actually have any relation to classic ....Leagues under the Sea stories. One obvious thing would be to have an updated Captain Nemo though, at least. The other characters are just from other fictional stories and legends (such as Mr.Hyde, the vampire woman, the invincible man etc.)

    What do you hate

I stickers, but what I do hate is bent instructions and sticker sheets inside boxes. (my precious stickers!) I also don't like the fact that some pieces are 'reserved' for Star Wars only - they should be for any set. P.S.: I'm not dyslexic, but why does the word have to be so difficult to spell?

    A trip to Europe

As far as I know, stores in the Uk still only have Summer City for 2009 - no other Summer sets yet. I would like to hear what you find or buy though. It'll be different for you to NOT have all those friggin' safety warnings on the boxes!

    Review: Hyperspeed Pursuit 5973

Yes, quite a few people have told me now, and this seems to be a trend for Lego stickers often in system themes. I only used the number three pun of my own because if you buy all the current 2009 Summer Space Police set (1 each, including impulses and special editions, you end up with three skull people (2 from this set and 1 from Squidman's Pitstop). Also there were 3 gold bars. You can interpret the '3' stickers in any way you wish
