Check the building instruction on around step 11 for the chassis. Maybe you've turned around the first gear box?

Congrats to all the participients, and especially for the winners! :) From my view you all did a really great job!

But neither does explain why TLG doesn't give out let's say "EditionModels"? I'm quite sure there are a lot of people out there, that are willing to buy really great and detailed models, willing to pay more than the 200.-€ that the nowadays top models are. Look at model railways. The prices for these models are partially astronomical, compared to LEGO... :)
