Nice! You've converted the Bohrok to HF standards, and given it an unusual background. I always thought the Bionicle and HF universes to be different dimensions, but it's still rather interesting- the last Bohrok(with martial arts training).

Glad you found a way to use the mask as a mask. I like the way it looks on the MOC. It's robotic and squared, but sleek, and fits in to the HF theme well. Oh, and Brickthing, your MOC looks freaking AWESOME!! Na na na na na na na na, BAT-MANNN!!

Hmm, interesting. Someone mentioned how they would have expected a "Furno XL" to follow after Stormer, well here we go. Pyrox sounds like a fire villain, pyro + x. Could easily be something else, but I have doubts. Rocka again. Will he keep his crossbow or will he up/down/inside-out-grade? Scarox sounds like a scorpion. Or a desert-theme character. Course, as lemmyfan396 mentioned above, it could be a flying character, but then could the same be said about Pyrox? Bulk, nice. Hoping to see more 'bulk' in the form of those new squarish armor pieces on the shoulders and legs, wouldn't mind if they were silver. Bruiser's name sums up what he's about. The villain Bulk, but like the other brutes not as smart. Bulk could use that to an advantage... Breez is back! Yay! Wonder what happens with her and Thornraxx anyway? Ogrum. A troll? Another brute? A drunk(og-rum)? Could he have not paid his tab and instead wrecked havoc in Makohero City? I won't really give any further input about the new sets, but it is an interesting lineup, and I hope to see what TLG has planned soon enough.

Not at all.. My sis suggested the same idea. I could see that working, perhaps less for a Hero than for a Villain Are you referring to the trans pieces like used on Toxic Reapa, or a different tone of green?

Azure and purple.. that could work well. I would like to see a few new characters, but out of the many, many ideas I have, I'd like to see either a bright green or a earth(I'm not sure if this is correct. Color would be similar to 'Metru' green) green and orange Hero character, bulky, with a BIIIG gun, featuring green light-saber rods inside(I can dream)... ...OR a red or orange female character(like my OC, Sonja), to switch things up a little. If you've already got red in a new set, including Furno would be overkill. Or if Nex's spot as the 'orange character' was taken up, same thing. Blue in a villain would be terrific.. who knows, we might see it in the upcoming waves..!

Personally, I think you should splurge for Stormer, Dorek. I was actually surprised at how much I like the set. Yeah, he does kind of look Hulk-like in this set, and the feet may look a little odd, but that's where the disappointment ends for me. The Stormer XL set is great. With those friction joints on singular bones, he's more poseable than any other titan set, and that much more fun. He's got a really solid look to him; and it's fun sending off the drones (or at least to me it is) after villains, or using them as rocket-boosters or something. Mine's still together, all one piece, save two friction joints I'm using for a project(I think you've seen it; massive black, muscled torso with a glowy core? ), and I'm still having loads of fun with him. If I were to suggest otherwise, non-splurgy perhaps, I'd say Core Hunter.

It looks almost as if it could be an expansion for the actual set! :O I really like it. The curves of the building and the sofa, the tiled floor, and those bright pinks and limes mixed with the tan really match up to the existing Friend's sets. I like it, great work :)

If what the link shows is true, this might get interesting. Anti-Heroes, Von Nebula rising again, a whole mess of stuff for Alpha Team to deal with. If not, then I'd like to see a theme like Rampant Oceans as an unconnected mission for Alpha Team, or some other team hopefully, maybe( DO EET) to take on. Personally, if "Oceans" turns out to be a real thing, that'll be great for creativity with building the sets. I want to see a squid villain (that is NOT Kalmah) come into play.. might be an interesting build. The color blue incorporated into the villains, or perhaps into the Heroes like the badges in "Savage Planet" could prove interesting. If not, then I think Alpha Team should take a break, or divide up or something. Have certain members of the team be assigned to lead and train newer Heroes(think I already mentioned this idea before), as a way to intro new characters while keeping stuff familiar. Really, I'd love to see Stringer upgraded to a Leader status, with a new team all his own.. and then LEGO can come back and continue the VN story. What do you all think?

While I agree with DraikNova about the hair(quite a good imagination, btw), the outfit's rather nice. I like the buttons on the corset-top, and as before, the heels, but I just love that top hat(with the glasses on top). I haven't seen one done in this system before, but it looks terrific. One thing I don't get is the hair. Why did you choose to go with this earth red/crimson/Metru red color? I feel, personally, that while it goes with the rest of the outfit that it blends in a little too well. I would have liked to see something that stood out against the crimson, white, and black, which would have made it more interesting. However, I do like what you did with the buns in the hair. Unusual, but nice to look at. And that's the MOC in a nutshell. Unusual methods, but a great piece of work in the end. Well done to you. Haha, just realized there's a mustache hidden in there

I really like this review. Short, straight to the point, and no mucking about with the packaging that we've seen thousands of versions of. I think XT4 makes for a good set. He's a simple build but looks complex with his multiple arms, tubes, the buzzsaw, and that head. What you said about the eye makes sense.. still can't believe the official site calls him a cyborg though.. the head doesn't look all that much organic.. I don't get why he has black 6-Length cladding on the calves when it could be yellow, but it's nice to have more of it! Definitely want to pick this guy up.. who knows, he might be just what I need to complete two of my projects- the big, muscly torso on my Deviantart, and my samurai-like creation(comingsoontoapostnearyou)..!

I wouldn't mind seeing some new Heroes.. perhaps have each of the Alpha Team members lead (or at least give guidance to) a small group of newer Hero characters, or assign Alpha Team members just to different teams, be they older Heroes or new? I had that idea a little while ago, sprouted from a dream featuring my orange Hero MOC damaged in a corner, with a villain standing over her, gun loaded and aimed, and then Stormer XL appearing out of nowhere to roundhouse kick said villain in the face. It was awesome! And I think I want to write about it... Anyway.. The Breakout Wave has been terrific, and I can only hope the new wave will be just as innovative with character design, and hopefully will have a more structured story to go with it..? Still can't believe that the site calls XT4 a cyborg!

You're welcome. I wonder if a back 'balance' wheel could be made using the fan-pieces on Speeda's bike? The parts next to the HF torso cladding I mean. Personally though, if any a contest was to roll around for the Lego Action Figure forums, I'd suggest one involving the color blue.. there isn't enough in the HF range currently and I'd like to see what people do with that color. Just saying.

Nah, you summed it up well the first time, Zachattacx, as did MakutaNocturn. If Speeda was designed the way Umbra was, with wheels on the feet, instead of using another motorcycle, I might have liked his set better, but that bike has its uses I suppose. A radio in that bike wouldn't be so hard to believe, but convincing HF officials that's all it was.. eh.. I seriously would like to see someone who already has Speeda attempt to build a Umbra-like revamp of him, only using parts from the Speeda Demon set. Might prove a bit of a challenge, but the results would be.. interesting. EDIT: That was wierd.. it double posted in the same post. Huh.

One word for that- Umbra. I'd love it to happen again. Merge Technic and HF system together to make a truly menacing machine.. I wonder if that's possible with the pieces from the SD set? I'd love to see someone try it. Only issue would be standing Speeda up.. but I imagine there's a way.

I agree ^_^ The new material is great. The jokes with Nex, Bulk, and the others are great, and so are the weapon descriptions. However: I did notice. Yiiiiiikes. They make Core Hunter sound so.. Dexter-y. Y'know, that TV serial killer that wraps up rooms in plastic-wrap and dissects his enemies, piece by piece? Aaannddd.... Hahaha, man that's too funny. And true! I don't know why, maybe it's the accent and the Nebula Gas Gun, but Thunder kind of reminds me of FPSRussia from Youtube. So.. yeah. CH is creepy but I love his parts.

The part is Evo's Breakout helmet painted up in black and silver. I hope to post some actiony shots up here soon.. my camera's been acting up lately D:

I really hope so. I'd love to see XT4 (or an army of XT4s if at all possible) in action against Nex, and Core Hunter against, well, everyone. He's a massive threat that's got to be taken care of. Speaking of things that have to be taken care of, why haven't any promo videos of Breez/MattThornraxx appeared yet? Seems kind of like they're fumbling with character placement- not good.
