Guts smiled behind his wrappings, he could tell from the look on the Northener's face that he underestimated Guts, always a good position to be in. Sometimes all it took to get that effect was a small gesture, or in this case, making it look like he did not want to be here, truth be told, this was exactly where he wanted to be. Without awnsering the man's question, Guts said: "You Norse speak of honor, and that you have it, but how is enslaving and stealing from the helpless honorable? To me it seems like the opposite of honorable."

Very well done on this tower, especially the lower part with the arches and of course the windows/loopholes. The best part about it is the water though! I like the effect that the green tiles give!

Guts turned his head as the door to the hall opened, In came a large man with an equal large sword. The man's size and eyes, as well as the clothing made it clear to Guts that the man must be from the North, judging by the greatsword as only weapon, Guts figured this man was a barbarian, a powerful one, at that. He saw the man smirk as he looked over Guts. Guts apologized to Nerwen and Sarick and walked towards the man. Without asking, Guts sat down in a chair next to the barbarian and said without introducing himself: "I heard you norse people kill dragons or plunder helpless fishing villages, which kind are you?"

That is a really cool map + nice backstory Thrash, Maybe the Guild Leaders can incorporate some of it?

"I have never really thought about it that way. Being a Knight or a Ranger is not just about being skilled with a certain weapon, I think. It is more about your mindset and training, not to mention origins. I am skilled with blades of any kind, Nerwen. I have been around them all my life, even dealt in them before I chose this path. Does that make me a 'rogue'? And while I do not shy away from killing guards or thugs that stand in my away, my intentions are honourable, most of the time at least." Guts was pleasantly surprised by the elf's proposition of gambling, it was not what he expected from her. With a grin on his face he said to Nerwen: "Let us find this ranger, I could do with some card games."

Among the new heroes Guts saw Sarick and Nerwen talking, there was something different about Sarick, last time he saw the snake-man, as Guts called him, his face looked like a human, back then, Guts thought the face was without expression and cold, but that it might be the way of his people, the face Sarick had now looked unlike a man, and more of a fish, but somehow it looked better on the naga. Guts managed to overhear the last bit of the conversation Sarick and Nerwen were having, he said: "No other mages and clerics among quest 13 and 14? Lucky you, as a 'rogue' I have quite a bit of competition." The man chuckled, he rearranged his face wrappings, the blasted things tended to move a lot, as he did it, a large scar became in sight for a split second. "I hope I get a chance to prove my worth soon" he continued, "I am getting restless from sitting around here, I have dwelled in this city for the last few years, I have no need for exploring." Nerwen had talked about going home. Guts could not go home, the guards would not let him, not that that would be a big problem. But there was also another reason, he could not go home, for his task in Eubric was not complete, not yet.

Guts noticed that there were more heroes in the hall than before, this must be the party that went to the academy, he thought. The rogue was eager to hear the tales of their adventure, but that had to wait, there were people at the questboard, which would probably mean there was a new quest or two. After he walked down he read the description of Quest #14: The Family Recipy, and signed up.

Maybe he doesnt have a Barbossa minifig, but he does have a musketeer.

Guts thought about Nerwen's words, it was interesting to hear the elf's vision of the deities, even if he did not agree himself. "Nerwen, another question if I may, the clerics of Ennoc wield the power of the light to smite down foes and heal their allies, I find it hard to believe you would do the same with art and music, although I have heard some musicians in my time that could fell an army..." Guts turned his head to the man that had just brought some waffles to the table. "You elf, Alexander, was it? Tell me about yourself, if you will." Guts finished his breakfast and ordered some more water, he wouldnt drink more wine for the time being, as he was pretty sure he embarassed himself last time, although his memories of that were still a bit foggy. In silence he damned Scheherazade for the good wine she served, Guts promised himself to return to drinking the cheap stuff he usually drank.

"I did not say there are no gods, there is no doubt that clerics and the likes have access to power, but when it comes down to it, it does not matter if you worship a god or not, the Gods are... what is the best word to describe it? Selfish, maybe. I think the only reason gods give out this kind of power to people is to have pawns in our world." "Anyway, this thinking makes my head hurt" Guts said as he chewed on some bacon. "Why do you follow Amadea and Melodion anyway, the siblings of arts and music? Most clerics I have known follow Ennoc."

"I'll have some water, thanks" "I do not really follow any gods anymore, I did for a long time, Mercutio mostly, but then ... something happened, that made me realise that the gods have schemes of their own, and have little interest in helping us mortals" Realising Nerwen was an elf, he added: "You know what I mean." "I saw you looking at my shirt, I found it. Lets leave it at that" Guts actually 'found' the shirt at someone's washing line, and it just so happened to be the right size. "On another note, I could really use some breakfast, i'm starving, how about you?" Looking up to the tall elf he said: "And what is with your friend, is he the strong, silent type or something?"

Guts walked in the Hall, he looked fresh as a daisy, earlier that day he woke up on top of the temple dedicated to Mercutio, he had no idea how he got there or why. After he got down from there he had washed himself and his clothes in a small fountains of the city, when he woke up he had noticed he smell of pigs and wine, again he had no clue why he smelled of pigs. While he was washing himself there were some rich looking women looking at him, that quickly ran away when the half naked Guts looked their way. Guts grinned as he walked in the hall. No hangover, one of the benefits of good wine. As he walked in Guts saw Nerwen standing in the hall, so still it looked like she was frozen, and her eyes were rolled into the sockets, a few moments later she looked as normal, only slightly confused. Guts had seen it before, Nerwen had some kind of vision. "Bloody magic users" Guts mumbled. while he was walking towards Nerwen, Guts saw another elf standing next to her, a tall, armored man with a strange helmet. Guts walked up to the two elves and introduced himself to the strange elf: "Im Guts, Nice hat." "Everything alright?" He asked Nerwen.

Im pretty sure the witch is a rogue/mage and the sorcerer is actually the mage/cleric.

I wonder what a rogue/knight combination would be...
