Back to the LEGO world after a LONG hiatus.

I regularly check the frontpage of toysnbricks.com. They're really good about posting deals and the relevant info about them. -
I agree. I think Santaduckz ran into a poorly printed Juno. The minifigure I have of her looks much less cross-eyed and spooky than that pic and more like this one: In any case, my vote for best goes to Luke Skywalker from 2011's Millenium Falcon (7965). I think they finally made a good mold for Luke's long hair and it's nice to get a scowl from him since we're mostly used to a smiley Luke. As for worst, I would say Ahsoka Tano. I think she came out kinda blocky looking and the overall look does not embody the character in my mind.

So on the first page of this thread, it states that most of these sets are coming out in winter 2013. I thought they'd be released much earlier than that. Is that date pretty much set?

Sometime in July-early August. This question was answered several times in this thread...

What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars minifigures?
Tommy replied to Darthking623's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Even though he has nothing to do with the OT, I love the Garen Malek figure with his bandaged torso (especially after this video ). I also love the Luke Skywalker fig that came with the 2011 Millenium Falcon--great face and hair piece. -
Sorry, I meant to ask: How do you know TRU will get them in July and not June? I was really hoping to get these soon...

Is there a source or is this speculation?

I feel like a Rancor Pit built like that would make the Palace quite unstable.

Post your general LEGO Star Wars questions here

To those in countries with the summer wave out, I have a few questions. Did Palpatine's Arrest come out at the same time or after the rest of the summer wave? If after, how much later? Did Pre Vizsla's Mandalorian Fighter also come out with the summer wave? I haven't seen any reviews or personal pictures of it and Brickipedia still doesn't have a brick count on the set. Also, to those in the US, do the sets usually come out at several release dates or can we expect the entire summer wave to be released on one date? Thanks in advance! -
Is this true or just your speculation? Not to call you a liar, but I'd like to see a source.

Cool cool cool. Does the head come off easily? It may be neat to make it replaceable with a clone trooper head. Just a thought but great job.

You should check out the first page of this thread I really don't get Lego sometimes. Lex and Loki, two major villains of the Superhero line, get this now generic face whereas background characters like Two-Face's henchmen get new prints. (Personally I think this head still works on Lex but it was kinda lazy to use for Loki...) As for Palpatine's Arrest, I think the weakest point is the landing pad and ship. I think Lego could've swapped those out and made a wall to connect the doorway to the glass. Still going to get it anyway. Can't wait for the summer wave to get to America.

So excited about this wave. I only wish that they didn't reuse Wonder Woman's head for Satele Shan. I especially wish they had given her silver lips like the space girl from the Minifigures series (series 6). In fact, SW (human) girls don't get much love--Leia is Princess Tamina, Padme is Hermione and now Satele is WW. It's kinda strange when compared to PotC, who last year had four female heads that were exclusive to the theme (one being Kiera Knightly, who even played Padme). Edit: Oops. Brain fart but you get the message of my rant.

I use the rope piece to hang lifeboats off the side of my larger ships to serve as lifeboats, boats for getting to shore, etc.
