i actually just started getting into Futuron within the past week! I was pulled in by the monorail system, and then gravitated towards the color scheme and consistency/recolors within parts. Since the 10 x 6 x 11 Panel was printed in Trans-Dark Blue and then later printed in white, it gives my build a very lovely pattern that sadly can't be replicated within Blacktron I's color scheme. The white 4 x 4 x 6 Corner Concave Panel + 3 x 2 x 6 Panel also allows for really cool lookin hallways that i don't see in many other MOCs. (i just wish that Lego recolored the 3 x 3 x 6 Corner Convex Panel in white ) (here's a current pic of my main hub without the lights installed) (heres the interior, the black panels are removable as to give access to the second floor)

Hello! The name's Lua! i was introduced to Lego in the mid-2000s and never stopped growing my collection. As of right now, my favorite themes are Star Wars, Technic, Classic Space, and Futuron. The biggest push for me to join is the fact that i decided to buy the 6990 Monorail Transport System, and I'm in need of inspiration so i can design a city to accompany it, and any tips and tricks on interaction/building with the track. Currently i've been putting my time into building multi-layered dollhouse-like space stations in Studio, but they've never hit the final stage of completion due to a combination of factors among things like: - The build process being too complex and mundane - Large parts not being reskinned in an important color (it mainly affected my Blacktron I build) - Not having enough ideas or concept art to get the ball rolling - Getting lost in the process due to not having a goal or vision of the final build So i'm hoping to find a community that can help me with my MOCs :) (i have also made a Flickr account for my WIPs - https://www.flickr.com/people/199543778@N03/ )
