  1. Anybody into the Alpha Team sets and collect(ed) them over the years? This has been my favorite theme since it came out and I got many of the sets in it from 2002-2006. Later in 2011, I got back to trying to acquire the missing sets from the original and Mission Deep Sea editions. That's when I discovered that there were several accessory lego items associated with the theme: a multi-piece pen, cell phone wrist strap, clock and watch. Within the same year, I managed to get nearly all of those except for the watch. Ended up pursuing the watch for years and years... until new year's day this year, when I unexpectedly found a listing for the watch, brand new. Really happy to finally end that hunt. People would know about the common vehicles and bases in the Alpha Team series. But how many were aware of these odd-balls, one-offs and other bits belonging to the theme: In 2003, they released a Dash standalone minifig and it was the only "set" released that year: Clock: Pen: Cell phone wrist strap: Lastly, the watch: The watch is the most interesting, as there seems to be several different variations of it. I managed to buy the one shown above. However, it seems to have been sold in different packaging as well: And most weirdly, a mystery I have yet to solve. There appears to be a variant that came packaged with the Charge minifig instead of Dash. Absolutely nothing about that one is known other than this photo:

    Alpha Team Watches

Yeah, I caught that, too. Actually, the upper left one has a blue ring (on the watch) and a distinctly yellow (instead of green) spare ring; heck, even the watch strap's pieces are yellow (as opposed to green). I'd guess that there must be an Alpha team watch set released, but it's definitely unclear as to whether more than one type of set was released. The brickset link shows the set contains Dash (and the regular features: blue ring and green ring). Brickipedia, brickset, etc. seem to show no information on this. I tried contacting LEGO about this, even though they discontinued the series they must have some information in archives or something, but no response from them yet. Also, were sets exclusively released in countries outside North America (like Asian and European countries, including Japan, China, UK, etc)? Now I'm trying to find a site from those regions that catalogue LEGO sets. Also, the credibility of the statistics on brickset, such as how many having the set, is not ver strong. I'm not a user there, so maybe it might change, but you can't check which users indicated that they have a set. Also, there's no stopping a user from going around and falsely claiming that they own a set.
  3. Thank you! That would be great if you can get one of these Cam Wing Diver set. Or if you can get parts or something like that.
  4. Does anybody recall the watches inspired by Lego sets? Well, I have a question. Does this version of the Alpha Team watch exist (IE, was it ever sold anywhere)? Notice how the boxed set shows minifig Charge as opposed to Dash. Also, the set on the lower left shows minifig Charge again, but also a blue ring, as opposed to green. Finally, the upper left set, despite featuring minifig Dash, has a yellow ring. Because I know that this was most likely sold places: Which has Dash and green ring.
  5. Am I able to order anything from Bricklinks?
  6. The Bricklink link isn't written correctly. But more importantly, what can I do over there? Both sites just show what pieces the set uses. Is there a link where I can purchase that?

    Hello from canada

    Oh, I am in Quebec!
  8. Ok, I made a new topic to introduce myself. So I hope I can find that lost set. It's very very rare to find anywher. I'd be happy with all the parts and the instruction manual (even an online scan of manual). Don't really need the box.

    Hello from canada

Heello. I'm from Canada :) I just wanna say that I'm into lego, but I'm more centralized with the Alpha Team sets. I've been collecting them for almost ten years, buying a set of the series once every six months or so. I'm here in hopes of finding people who can help me complete my collection of Alpha Team because some of them are very hard to find. Very very hard :|
  10. Hello! I'm looking (have been looking for some months now) for an Alpha Team MISSION DEEP SEA set. This is the one: http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/1426_Cam_Wing_Diver Also see it here: http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=1426-1 It's Cam Wing Diver (set 1426). This set is SO rare. I can't find it anywhere online. I've been scouring Ebay and Amazon with no luck. Anybody got this one or an extra copy of it and is willing to sell it? Thanks, I'd appreciate it. I'm a huge fan of this series and am collecting the sets. This one is a pain to find.
