Same here; I just did the measurements as well; thanks for catching that! But we really have found giant 15-foot tall skeletons in the Middle East! Goliath did have 4 brothers...

    Jurassic World 2021 - Rumors & Discussion

Eh, if a buildable skull had been included for the rex, and a raptor were included instead of a Baby Trike, that would've enticed more buyers. I do agree 76941's price is expectable, but it is very small for what you pay. Both are still cool, and I'd give both 3.5/5 stars myself. We're all in the same boat (not the one in 76942), buddy!

Totally agree. The PP ratios are the worst I've ever seen Lego do (albeit they are JW sets), but the PP ratio for 76940? And 76942? Oh well, I guess that Lego has every right to make them, and we have every right to not buy them. 76942 should've included 2 Baryonyxes, as the price would confirm.

I LOVE the one in 76941! It looks so cool! I think I will buy that set just for the truck! Toro has a really great coloration as well, and the helicopter looks pretty nifty. I'd give it a 3.5/5 stars, just because of the size of the set in coordination with the price.

I'm probably only picking up 76940 and maybe 76941, but I'd love to make room for 76942! The juniors set Stygimoloch looks really good as well!

Well, the Bible does describe Goliath as being many cubits higher than a man, which would be around 12 to 14 feet, and we have dredged up 15-foot tall human skeletons in the Middle East. Here is a revised version based off of your idea: 87796 - David vs. Goliath - $29.99 - Around 340 pieces - 2 Figs (David and Philistine Soldier), 1 brick-built Goliath, 2 small tents, 1 weapons rack Does that sound better?

My personal opinions on these dinosaurs: Stygimoloch - Great coloration, cool decal design, vibrant colors - Overall score: 5/5 Baby Ankylosaurus - Repeat of 2020, overall still cool - Overall score: 5/5 Baby Triceratops - A nice change of color, nice decal patterns, odd choice in set but still looks cool - Overall score: 4/5 Toro - Awesome color scheme, very accurate to CC, very detailed body pattern - Overall score: 4/5 Grim - Cool color scheme, a bit too vibrant, no rotating wrists - Overall score: 3/5 Baby Raptor - Repeat, thrown in for extra parts, but I like the coloration - Overall score: 4/5 What do you guys think?

Man, 76942 looks really disappointing. I hope they bump the price down a bit because of the appearance of only Grim.

No prob! We all do that. I hope this set is relatively large, regardless of the PP ratio, because it has lots of potential.

Technically Fall, since they are bound for September.

That makes sense. The best case scenario is if we get a large boat and another small side build. Congratulations!

To all my fellow Americans, happy Memorial Day! God bless you all and all of our fallen compatriots! On another note, what size boat may we get in 76942? Maybe the one from 60277? I'm not sure how big it is in CC S2, because I have not watched it yet, but from images it looks pretty big.

What size boat, since it will be fully molded, will we get in 76942? Maybe the one from 60277? I haven't seen CC yet, but by the looks of the images, the boat looks pretty big.

Marvelous work! That is something I would be inclined to pay $30 for; I hope your prediction is correct! Hmm... I wonder when that will be. Maybe at the end of the summer? Middle? Something like that? Thanks for sharing!

    Jurassic World 2021 - Rumors & Discussion

Good point. I hope we at least get a small buildable vehicle, like a quad, as an extra addition. That would compel me to buy the set more, and probably many others. I guess we can only speculate now.

    Jurassic World 2021 - Rumors & Discussion

12 pieces for the figs, 8 pieces for the raptor, around 100 pieces for the broken skeleton bits, so that leaves us around 60 more pieces for something else.

I wonder when we'll get a recolor of that badger/otter/thing from that HP set.

    Jurassic World 2021 - Rumors & Discussion

Oh, good! I want to see set images for Carnotaurus Chase most, so we can find out if there are any new molds, but T.rex Fossil Escape sounds the most fairly priced. I hope Lego is able to do something cool with Baryonyx Boat Attack, because that is a set that could have potential if Lego works hard to make it. I see your reason of thinking. Now that I look back on that, I agree that it is very similar, by the sound of it, to that set. I don't like it when Lego makes remake-esque sets of existing builds. Is there any alternative build or build pattern we could see at all...?

    Jurassic World 2021 - Rumors & Discussion

That's perfectly fine! Sorry if I offended you at all! Nothing about the dinosaurs themselves is known, although we may see a new Carnotaurus mold, judging by the prices for that set.

    Jurassic World 2021 - Rumors & Discussion

Hmm... that's a tough one. I am looking forward to seeing what 76942 will look like, since Baryonyx is my favorite dinosaur (albeit several innaccuracies) that Lego has made so far. The PP ratio is very low for the price, so that kind of lowers my expectations, but I can see Lego's pricing of that with a large molded boat. 76941 sounds pretty neat; getting a Carno for $50 sounds reasonable. I wonder if we'll see some new molds, judging by the PP ratio, or just a very small build (like a vehicle). 76940 has a lot of potential, as we could see a new Blue coloration (or a completely new raptor coloration). 76939... nope. So I'd have to say 76941, just because I want to know if Carno will have new molds. But I'd have to agree with lego_guyon02, my favorite is 76940.

Trollers certainly are the worst. Yeah, it is infinitely unrealistic, but I will respect his question and was trying to be light-hearted about it. I do think this may be getting a bit off-topic, though.
