Are we sure this is right? I love it from the waist up, but the dual moulded legs seem almost too good to be true and even a little out of place.

It does seem odd for duel molded legs to be in something so cheap, but maybe that's their way of getting out of printing new ones.

  2. If they are minidolls, it would be a ridiculous and unnecessary decision on TLG's part. I don't know what the aversion is to just making minifigs of iconic characters and celebrities, but between that rumor and Mario, you have to wonder what's going on. You'd think they'd capitalize on the minifig as their most iconic creation.

Imagine if we finally got Bowie, only for him to be in Friends style.

A pack with Wanda, Vision and Agatha would be perfect.

I think LEGO should make all of its Disney+ Marvel show sets minifig accessory packs. No need for random builds and we can have desired characters, all in a very affordable way.

Wanda + Vision and a couch build with Agatha or an unreleased character would be fantastic, as unlikely as it is.

I agree, they need to do more of these.

So should we expect something like the Infinity War pack with Wong and White Wolf?

More like the Falcon and Black Widow one from earlier this year. Figures with a few new prints and a build.

side question here, do all lego sets have the same spare pieces? I just got done building the helicarrier and the 1989 batmobile and they both had a lot of pieces leftover. I watched jangbricks review on them to compare our spare parts and his were different so I'm worried mine isn't technically complete. I had no issues building either so I'm wondering if this is due to the machine that sorts the parts into the bags

Typically the spares will be 1 a piece of the small parts of the bag. If you don't have any more than that, you should be good.

As much as we would all love some variation, the set descriptions on a previous page mentioned a glider, something Ultimate Goblin isn't really known for. With the lowest of expectations, I'm expecting a repeat of the 4+ Green Goblin we had 2 years ago

The Ultimate Spider-Man one had a glider for the big-fig Goblin, so hopefully it's not completely out of the question? Still unlikely I suppose.

21037 LEGO House, 21055 Burj Khalifa, LEGO House exclusive sets (In Denmark, United Kingdom, and Ireland), and the return of 75144 Snowspeeder..

Those seem sort of inconsequential compared to exclusive Marvel prints and all the other Con sets we've had access to. It's not like the Lego House sets were widely available or even very sought after.

Don't do it. I've tried with similarly shaped stickers, the curved shape of the shield makes parts of the sticker crease and stick up. It looks bad and gradually becomes unstuck.

I actually meant the flat 2x2 shields from old castle sets, which by my theory should fit perfectly.

And let me second that yikes for the minifigures. Every time we get out hopes up that Lego would include at least ONE new villain in Spidey sets, we are let down.

Robbie Reyes is the only desirable fig for me based only off the descriptions, and hopefully he is actually done properly and not just some rehash of Johnny Blaze.

We know Kevin Feige hates Marvel TV and will not acknowledge these shows as part of the MCU

No, we don't know that at all. We know very little about what Feige thinks, that's why it's all still up in the air.

Feige was not a fan of Perlmutter for good reason, and the shows will most likely be ignored. But we know next to nothing about the behind the scenes, and I'm tired of people acting like we do.

Also the Mockingbird rumor is just one article from a highly unreliable source.

Anyway, this has not much to do with the sets, although I'm still hoping Quake could come with the Ghost Rider set.

The small sets could be accurate for its size, but 76057 is the most accurate and my favorite out of them all.

Harry Potter is a perfect example of a theme with accurate sets and decent prices that caters to what fans want. It does have the benefit of being a completed series, but you can't tell me they couldn't provide the same quality for the MCU sets.

I suppose the comic roots of Marvel sets give them more of an excuse to do their own thing than HP does though. Unless the next wave has a Hogwarts Helicopter...
