    German Mechanic Head

Nope, that's not it. The eyebrows are the same as the original Marion. The eyes and eyelashes are almost the same as Willie's. The only difference is that the white eye dots are smaller and there's less eye shadow. The mouth design is the same as Willie's, only it's smaller than Willie's. The lips are a natural color, not red. Teeth still show and there's no black lines. The scared face is a lot like Willie's. Black eyebrows, smaller mouth, and teeth are clinched shut. I wonder what this is that I've got.

    German Mechanic Head

I've tried to get the camera's zoom to focus well enough to get a good picture of it, but minifigs aren't exactly big. I'm sure you all think I'm lying or have no clue what I'm talking about, but it'll show up somewhere else eventually. It's not like I'm a brand new member trying to get some attention.

    Disney and Lego Join Forces

I know a lot of people have mentioned Mr Potato Head, but since that's a Hasbro toy, I doubt LEGO will make him.

Ha! I own all the LEGO Indy sets and it's NOT Marion... at least not the one they've used in the past or the one on the box. I'm going to try to put up a picture later tonight.

    German Mechanic Head

I just bought my set from S@H and I got the brown version of the mechanic, but I also got a different Marion head. It's not the Willie Scott head, but it is similar. I'll try to upload a picture later. It's a lot like Willie's, but the eyebrows are black and the mouth is smaller (but it still has the teeth showing).

Man, these sets look great! And I LOVE Mutt's motorcycle. It looks great.

    Starwars and Indiana Jones

Well the Indy line is made to look more realistic, even if it is still stylized. I think the Indy minifig is the best one they've ever made, personally.

I wonder if the Chauchilla cemetery warriors have double sided faces. LEGO seems to like doing this with the Indy line and that would be one less head version they have to worry with.

These finalized pictures just blew my mind! And it looks like we get a new Indy face on a few of the sets with a big smirk on his face.

I'm so glad we get Mutt's motorcycle and I'm pleased with the way they did the saddlebags. I'm super excited about these sets, but it's hard to tell what it the set and which isn't because the background isn't a solid color.

They all look wonderful, IMO, and I can't wait to pick them up. I'm especially interested in the cemetary battle set, which has something that looks like it could be Mutt's motorcycle in the far left.

Sounds good, especially the Endor set. Ultraman, is there any chance that you can get a look at the Indy sets coming out?

Good. Some people were saying Shanghai Chase was $40, which didn't sound right.

    Best Indy figure of 2008

Well I think Indy is the coolest figure LEGO's ever made, so I went with that one. If we got to pick two, Marion (KOTCS) would also get a vote.

    Review : 7682 - Shanghai Chase

While it's not listed on the box, it's safe to say that it's Lao Che and his son Kao.

According to one of the LEGO reps at FBTB, those weren't prototypes. They were fan made creations on display.

Review : 7683 - Fight on the Flying Wing

Nice to see the green can pretty much be avoided, other than the windsheilds, due to the wings having stickers. I can't wait to pick this one up.

I didn't notice that there was a crate in the set until now.

It could very well be true. Europe seems to get sets a few weeks before the US, and here in the US, 2009 sets often hit shelves about a week before Christmas.

They sound legit, and I've been wanting a set based on the chase through Marshall College ever since I saw the movie (I'm assuming that's what Mutt Chase is). They've got some of the same sets we've heard rumored for a while now, and I think it'd be a better set than the Nazca graveyard duel. And a Cairo set, while vague, could give us a jacket-free Indy and a streets of Cairo Marion (Sallah, Belloq, and Monkey-Man may be pushing it). I wouldn't be surpirsed if it was a $10 set, with Indy, Marion, and a Cario swordsmen, with a cart or a fruit stand.

Kate Capshaw also wasn't able to do the dance that she had learned because of that dress.
