It was UNBELIEVABLY difficult to get. Right now only available at LLC.

Just got a Phase I Clone Lieutenant.
-
Au contraire, I think that this is the best way to store large numbers of minifies.

$100,000 worth of clone troopers for sale on ebay
madoka posted a topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
I hate thieves like this guy: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lego-Star-Wars-Ep2-Clone-Trooper-4482-7163-/250978437930?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a6f7b0b2a#ht_1003wt_922 He's preying on those that mistakenly think they are getting an entire army of figs. This raises the question: if someone were to fall for his scam, would ebay enforce the deal or refund the money? -
Got a couple hundred more BPs:
-
Picked up 474 more Kingdoms Lion knights and 800 Ninjago minifigs.

Very nice display.

Where do Rare/HTF Parts come from?
madoka replied to Turaga of Force's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I'm kinda sad I only got 400 of those. -
For that kind of money, I hope they came with a lot of swords, shields and horse barding.
-
That's a very cool gun. What pieces are involved in making it? Now if there was one profession where you wouldn't want to attract undue attention, it would be a sniper and chrome armor is as flashy and attention-getting as you can get.

I once made the mistake of leaving my Bricklink orders account open on my computer. My spouse went to my computer for Lord knows why and saw it. For the next several weeks I heard about what I should/could be spending that money on. Plus what was seen, cannot be unseen.

While I don't have an exact amount, my Star Wars Lego collection would probably be in the $80,000-$100,000 range.

1. Combine the Spartan, Elf and Roman. 2. Drop the price to $9, which is what three CMF cost at retail. 3. ??? 4. Profit

I finally had enough time to go to the local Lego store. They ran out of the promo a few days after it started. I called every store in Southern California and they said the same thing. Looks like Lego really underestimated demand. Just placed 5 orders online at an extra cost of $9 per order for shipping. Ugh.
-
No, you're looking at the price for the empty box. The set without minifies starts at $20. I've been known to do this from time to time.
-
Have you looked at the pictures at the link? They are much better there.
-
That's a great price for those!
-
That's a nice haul. Do you get your kids to build them or do you do it yourself?

Dude that sucks. I'd be pretty ticked off if that happened to me. I made sure to go to my local store to have some in hand and I was the first one to get one at my store. I learned from last year's ARF promo not to fully trust Lego when they have such promos.
-
For the May 4-5th promo, Star Wars Lego-wise I ended up getting: - 28 Clone trooper battle packs - 10 Elite Clone trooper battle packs - 7 Swamp Speeders - X-Wing - Millenium Falcon - 2 Sith Infiltrators - Ewok Attack - Republic Frigate - Anakin's Jedi Interceptor - 15 TC-14s Now I totally regret buying all those BPs a couple of weeks before the promo.
-
Anybody else notice how they described TC-14: "Build the rarest robot in the LEGO® Star Wars™ universe!" I think the chrome C3P0 has something to say about that.
-
I wouldn't be too concerned. There didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the way my orders were shipped out. I noticed that orders that I made a day earlier were still in process while later ones had already shipped. I'm assuming they are just working through the backlog and as long as something isn't out of stock, you should be fine. Personally, I'm kinda hoping that a couple of my orders ship without the promo and that they make the same offer as last time.
-
Hehe. When the cashier rang those up, she did a double-take and started asking her co-workers where they came from. Four of my orders have shipped. Five are still in process. I've yet to receive a single order confirmation on any of them, let alone shipping notifications.

Still in unopened bag. Looking for an unopened shirtless Maul.

It's back! Just placed some more orders. I wonder why they stopped late last night. It all depends on who you get as your cashier. Some will let you get more than one per transaction. Some will limit you to one per transaction and others to one per household. Some will insist on SW and others will let you get anything. My in-store experiences were so bad that I'll be doing more of my Lego shopping off of Amazon and BL. And I'm one of my local store's top shoppers. Thanks to Lego's website, I'm now up to 15 TC-14s. If my local store properly credited me for all the additional $75+ purchases I made without getting TC-14s, I'd be closer to 20.
