Battery box

This might be a stupid question but how do u open the battery box on 8868,I can't seem to part it and don't want to break it,

Press thee red [ shaped clip (so the little black clip tilts backwards), then pull the black box from the yellow batteryholder

Just pull the grey part (located in the center on the picture, surrounded with red) with the fingernail, and pull the bottom part at the same time.

On some BB it can be harder.
