I don't get what your problem is...

Are you saying that the steering is too fast? Or the actual driving speed?

Though it looks like it handles the obstacles quite easily

Theres like 7 gears for the steering to gear it down since the motor spins so fast, and they are taking pretty much space, so i cant fit an "engine" under the hood.

What's the gear ratio you achieved at last? What are the gear transitions?

1:9, about 20RPM. And the frontwheels keep on leaning wery much when i turn and drive reverse, but i guess i just need to rethink and rebuild the steering, or is it just hard to keep those big wheels from not leaning?

just like the cat  . Maybe you could try to use a few less of the gears to slow it down, just put a little weight on it and it will be a little slower without the use of 2 gears. Edited by Fuzzylegobricks

Looks fine to me. The gearing does seem a little fast but just as every one else has said it will just need the body on it to add extra weight. You can also achieve this by adding extra battery packs on to the location that you would expect the extra weight to go. Nice model, front suspension seemed to look nice.
