This is very similar to Scotnick's Henry design; you might want to give him some credit. The tender in particular is identical.

I am quite certain that it is a very close copy of Scotnick's design.

Scotnick does NOT have the LDD file available on his Brickshelf. Also, Scotnick updated his design like this:

http://www.mocpages.com/image_zoom.php?mocid=404664&id=/user_images/109257/14213543174

on January 15, while GSD Jerry uploaded his on Febuary 17th. Note, the LDD file is not on MOCpages either.

However, It is possible that GSD Jerry asked Scotnick for the file privately... but the evidence seems to suggest otherwise.

Scotnick is the only one who can decide this one way or another.

I looked at his design and copied bits of it from eye so he should get some credit

That is his original design I'm on about

I guess it's okay that you copied parts of his design, and you did the right thing by saying you did so. My general rule of thumb is this:

- If I downloaded it from someone, I give credit and link back to them if I can

- If I bought a model or instructions from someone, built the model but did not substantially change it, I do not give it away, for free or for payment

- If I bought a model and changed it in a such a fundamental way (such as Anthony Sava's 2-8-4, which I redid the boiler and added wheels to make it a 2-10-4, plus changing the tender to have stripes) it may be okay to upload under some situations (this may or may not be true for everyone!)

- If I made a model inspired by someone else, but did not download it, I give credit

- If I add components of other models (paid or downloaded) to my model, give credit to the original designer (such as Anthony Sava and his MRS-1 diesel, I always give credit when i use that sliding bogie design)

- If two people build basically the same design prototype at a the same time without each other's knowledge, it would be considered nice to give a link to the other person's model, and vise-versa

This concludes the list. I will add more if I think of them, but this should cover the basics.
