Been wanting to give technic a try, was quite impress with the sturdiness of the set.

Thought the video will turn out to be steady as i used a tripod to film it but its just shaking all over the place, anyone know how to improve on that?

The camera probably has focus software, try a manual focus camera, not a digital one.

You can see how it zooms in and out, and changes brightness, obvious signs of this being a digital camera, possibly a smartphone, that tries to "optimise" your photo quality.

It's the camera, definitely the camera

Get an inexpensive shutter cable for your camera to minimise shot-to-shot vibrations.

I used a dslr camera, is 15euro expensive for a shutter cable?

Is that a serious question? I'm not sure. Whether it's expensive is your decision to make.

It might also be possible to control your camera via computer using a USB cable. That's what I sometimes do with my Canon 7D to better control the framing, etc.

Also what anton1678 said is crucial; make sure your camera is in manual mode, or at least not changing shutter speed/exposure/aperture/focus/white balance from shot-to-shot.
