[MINI] Crane Arm Truck

[Zerobricks]

For the [MINI] contest I built (and animated) a 200 part models of a truck with a crane arm.

The crane arm uses 2 MLA'S to move and there are alsoa dditional functions like crane arm rotation, steering and more...

Personally I think this is one of the most functional models you can build with only 200 parts.

As you can see the reach of the arm is quite high compared to the size of the model

Really nice entry! A good number of functions for 200 parts, and I like how all the controls are on the chassis. Nicely done!

Thanks guys Yes I admit its not so very pretty, but I think the flex axles-shaped cab gives it a futuristic look.

I think having the LA for the end of the boom would look better and would be stronger if it was put in between the two gears, then replace the bevel gears with a LA but yeah good stuff

I love what you've done with the flex axles, however for this contest I would try something that bends the tips less. Also think there should be greater contrast between the chassis and the function gears on the side.

Thanks...Yeah I got a bit limited by colors, having used mos bricks in other models.
