Legopard Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 (edited) Hello Once again an entry for the MELOs on MOCpages. My category was to interpret the following quote: “Let this be the hour when we draw swords together. Fell deeds awake. Now for wrath, now for ruin, and the red dawn!" I didn't want to build the hundredth Helm's Deep so i build the battle of Erebor from the Hobbit. There isn't an interpretation of Peter Jackson so far. That allowed me to build my own one. Highlight of building was definitely the dwarf monument. Explore more details on MOCpages! I hope you like it! Jonas Edited February 2, 2014 by Legopard Quote

Dayton Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 I am loving that statue. All the other bits of detail like the trees, rocks, water etc are also very nice. Great job! Quote
Kilroy Posted February 2, 2014 Posted February 2, 2014 Wow! I wish I had that many leaf pieces to make those trees. Seriously good job. I can only hope to be that good someday. Quote

neonic Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 looking great, espcecially the big statue Quote
Khorne Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Wow! That dwarven statues is amazing! Great job there. Minor point of criticism, though: the hands look kind of tiny compared to massiveness of the legs and overall look of the statue. As I've said, consider this nitpicking . It doesn't detract from the overall build at all, it's just something I've noticed. Again, great job! Quote
MrBrick&BoB Posted February 7, 2014 Posted February 7, 2014 Now this is a legendary diorama - landscape action. Great Jonas! Best regards BoB Quote
