vean Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 (edited) Hi, I just want to have your comments about this modern version of the set 6653 LDD file Thanks! Edited November 23, 2013 by vean Quote
lightningtiger Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 Interesting digital creation 'vean', I like the idea....maybe I might give one a try in orange. Brick On LDD On ;vean' ! Quote
vean Posted November 23, 2013 Author Posted November 23, 2013 (edited) The yellow version exists (see on my Cuusoo)! But I would like to build the blue one first! Edited November 23, 2013 by vean Quote
Jody Meyer Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 i think both are great, maybe add some light functions...but nice clean lines. Quote
lightningtiger Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 I prefer the yellow one actually. Quote
Holodoc Posted November 23, 2013 Posted November 23, 2013 I prefer the yellow one actually. So do I. I don't get why there is this "security"-slope. Either it is a maintenance vehicle, or security. The blue vehicle looks more like maintenace, the second more like emergency. But security? Or is there an equivalent IRL? Quote
vean Posted November 23, 2013 Author Posted November 23, 2013 In France, "Security" is written on each side and "Services" on the doors. These trucks are used for maintenance, but in case of accident too. Quote
vean Posted July 9, 2014 Author Posted July 9, 2014 Here is the final design with openable door on each side. All details are on Lego Ideas (Pics and LDD file) Quote
vean Posted July 28, 2014 Author Posted July 28, 2014 Realized with special effect - Useless, but funny. Quote
cgarison Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Nice Work. Lime Green would look nice as well and it would be similar to the roadway safety trucks in my area. Although the maintenance trucks are traditional safety yellow. Quote
Yzalirk Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Awesome, all the lights you added on it making it stand out even more! Quote
CityBuilder Posted July 28, 2014 Posted July 28, 2014 Very creative to "remake" an old set from the 1980's, and it looks wonderful too. Quote
