My Kraken empire features Irish names and complexions, and is easily one of my favorite factions to build out so far. Sooooo much fun! These look incredible. I love the trident build too. I had a few delivered and used some ninjago legs and a cmf torso to build a custom too. Quote

I have about 40 of the horse knights now. Looking to make another pab order soon to get some Griffon and Kraken knights. Quote
SpacePolice89 Posted March 31 Posted March 31 Nice collection of Horse Knight minifigs! They have so much potential. The blue helmet helmet looks great. Quote

I did indeed post there as well 😊 The blue kettle hat works well with the Horse Knights. I also have the great helm in blue but decided not to use it. Maybe I should 🤔 I got the minifigures from PaB except for a few that came with the Horse Knights Castle, BAM (the jester) and my spares. The PaB ones were mostly accidentally sent free from LEGO as were my Serpent Knights (not shown). I called Customer Service to let them know and they said I could keep them - woohoo! 7 hours ago, SpacePolice89 said: Nice collection of Horse Knight minifigs! They have so much potential. Which blue helmet did you mean: the kettle hat worn by the halberdier or the armet worn by one of the mounted knights? Edited March 31 by AmperZand Quote

It is so nice to see it in a real Castle setting. Quote

It was good for parts and some of the villains were outstanding but the knights, vehicles and buildings? No, thanks - not my idea of Castle should be. Quote
Mr. Elijah Timms Posted Thursday at 06:43 PM Posted Thursday at 06:43 PM Horse Knights have been a lot of fun to army build! Between being the only new faction with multiple torsos, there’s also a real opportunity to mix in some other figs from the past, such as the Dragonborne D&D fig or the blue CMF wizard. Plus the standard torso is basic enough that you can create some great variations with very little customization. My army of Horse Lords hails from the region of Equitane, under the rule of King Phillip: Pictured are Sir Destry the Daring and cavalry of knights: Lastly, here are a few pics That show off the variety of classes I’ve established for this faction. Depicted here are my Equitane archers, guards, men-at-arms, knights, ranger, and king figures: Since we already have more than a few factions that have leaned on blue, specifically from the Fantasy era, I tried to purposefully make this faction focus more on white as their primary hue. I love the archers wearing what is essentially an all white tunic and hood over their chain mail. And finally, yes, that’s a third party helm I used for the men-at-arms, but it looked so good I couldn’t help myself, felt like a perfect fit: Quote
SpacePolice89 Posted Thursday at 07:46 PM Posted Thursday at 07:46 PM Those are some nice minifigs but I think that the Lego version of the helmet would look much better. Quote
AmperZand Posted Friday at 11:56 PM Posted Friday at 11:56 PM @Mr. Elijah Timms, Very cool! I really like when each minifigure is visually coherent with a colour scheme and look. As for the name 'Equitane' as a portmanteau of 'Aquitaine' and 'equestrian', that's simply brilliant. My Serpent Knight raiders & thralls: Quote

AmperZand Posted yesterday at 09:28 AM Posted yesterday at 09:28 AM @zoth33, Thanks! The head is from the Space CMF Series, no. 26, Blacktron Mutant. Quote
Yoggington Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago I saw these when you posted them elsewhere. I'm very impressed with the cyclops head on the Hulk body, I'd never have thought that up. Quote
