This book is excellent! Thanks so much for sharing this very comprehensive and helpful document! 

I do have one suggestion I would like to offer: I noticed that this book primarily focuses on mechanisms for ground vehicles, but have you considered adding some pages about mechanisms in other vehicles such as aircraft or watercraft and providing examples for each? For example, the propeller-tilting mechanism in the LEGO 42201 Research Sub (watercraft), the hydrofoilling and rudder mechanisms in the 42105 Catamaran set (watercraft), the wing flap mechanism in the 42025 Cargo Plane set (aircraft), the VTOL mechanisms in the 42066 Air Race Jet, 42113 Bell-Boeing V-22 Osprey, or 42181 VTOL Heavy Cargo Spaceship sets (all aircraft/spacecraft), or even the collective-pitch and cyclic mechanisms in the 42145 Airbus H175 Rescue Helicopter set (aircraft)? I'm not saying your book should feature these sets specifically, I'm just citing them as the best examples of the mechanisms I would recommend including in your document.

The only reason why I am requesting this is because, provided that this document is intended as a general information resource for building with LEGO Technic, there may be people (like myself) who aren't looking to build conventional ground vehicles but may be looking to build watercraft, aircraft, spacecraft, or even custom models that feature more sophisticated propulsion and navigation mechanisms and/or other functions besides the usual land vehicle functions of driving and steering. For example, I am currently trying to secure funding to build an extremely large LEGO Technic hydroaerospacecraft, which will combine the features of a submarine, a wing-in-ground-effect vehicle, an amphibious aircraft, and a spaceplane all into one large vehicle. For this reason, while much of the information you provided in this book will help me a great deal, especially the section on transmission gearboxes, including a section or two on aircraft and watercraft Technic functions would be immensely helpful to builders like me whose models deviate from the normal ground vehicle routine.

I understand if this request is not a high priority for you (since the majority of Technic MOCs are ground vehicles), but I hope you will consider including the above in future revisions or editions of your book.
