I found the Lilo and Stitch house on clearance for $45 at Target - I actually went back about a week after I bought it and saw that the tag on the shelf had been marked down to $26.99, but I'm pretty sure I bought the last one that store had in stock, so I'm not sure if any actually sold at that price.

Anyway, at $45, I was pretty pleased with the set.  Definitely don't think it's worth $90, but the roof construction and the kitchen specifically were really satisfying to see come together.  I'd love to see some more houses in the style of this and the Up house.  Kim Possible when??

That's an amazing price! You're so lucky. Online I see it's $65.99.

I too am hoping it is minifig based but who knows what Lego is thinking?

I guess if it is mini doll-based, it can't be too expensive or big since it would cater to younger fans, and not really AFOLs.

Definitely got lucky with that one, my usual clearance/sale luck is relegated to finding smaller sets on sale - I couldn't tell you the last time that I found an expensive set like this on a good deal!
