I have tried but have had nothing but issues with it. Parts won't stay together and you keep having to take parts off to add new parts. I finally got it finished but the arm won't go up, it appears to be missing a part to actually lift the arm.

Yes, I can normally figure things out but this one really had me confused. In the end I gave up and built something else.
