We’ve seen LEGO turn movies, cities, and even video games into sets… but imagine if they decided to release a set inspired by you.
Would it be your desk full of half-built MOCs and scattered bricks? A chaotic kitchen scene with minifigs cooking spaghetti? Or maybe a tiny version of your daily commute with brick-built traffic jams?

I think it would be fun to imagine what our “everyday life sets” would look like – big or small, realistic or completely silly.
So, if LEGO designers knocked on your door tomorrow and said “We’re making a set about YOU”, what would they end up building?

If it was up to me it would be me and my cat and my apple trees. I like to eat the apples and my cat loves to jump from branch to branch. The set would also include a minifig scale apple picker tool I use to reach the highest branches. Maybe also a house with a door with a cat flap.

I've always been a computer guy and my commutes were mostly trouble free. I also always worked a lot from home already when this wasn't even as common as it is today, ferrying my data along on mobile drives instead of direct Internet access. The most exciting thing was probably me looking sexy in my cycling gear during summer when I took those 40 km to and from work by bike. *lol* Otherwise back then those super expensive SGI graphics workstations would have gotten people drooling, but by today's standards they'd look just like generic computers inspired by Apple design as well. These days my life is dictated by my medical issues and probably even more boring. Perhaps an expressionistic sculpture of what my illness does to me would be a thing, but otherwise my life is really kind of average and wouldn't make for a good LEGO scene.

A minifig me on a chair in front of a computer screen. The right hand of the minifig is holding a Lego sausage in his hand. The left hand is holding a white 1x2 tile that represents tissue...

My life is very boring. I work from home in the evenings and spend most of my non-work time in front of a computer or working on my LEGO layout. So, as I said - very boring. If it was my childhood dream life, it would be a steam loco with me as the engineer.

@Driver Brandon Grumman that's a very cool job you have!
